anyone else want to hear more about that banana bread?
I've met her multiple times. She's really cool
I watched this video after Olympics. I have great admiration for her.
She’s amazing, and it’s so cool to see her partner, family, and community of peers and friends.
what a schedule! I would love to see Emma win in tomorrow's final steeplechase. Go Emma!
Just how perfect is Emma physically? Can see no flaws
Me neither
I just discovered Emma on RUclips. What a great person and athlete!
She’s surprisingly strong for her build and size. Didn’t expect those weights she was putting up
WOW, You are a great inspiration. Especially to those that have gone the course. I wrestled over 45 yrs ago. Watching the meticulous exercises to strengthen your form and rhythm say a lot for exercise science(or whatever it's call now) Thank you for reminding me of what it took. Keep up the great work. Stay humble and ROCK-ON. And, love them Flat Irons. ;)
Legend.
terrific story Emma excellent job hi fives
What a great person. i hope great continued success for her and family.
Awesome!!!
Cool... quite motivating.
Emma's the bomb!
What a beast of a woman
I didn’t know I needed to see more of that banana bread
For most endurance runners, you definitely don't want to eat too much before a run. But it depends what kind of workout you are doing. And because she does two, it looks like she relies on simple fats(peanut butter), some carbs and sugars since she will be burning them on her long-distance run but still wants to be light in the tummy. I hear it's better to eat and burn the majority of your sugars earlier in the day as opposed to at night so that your body doesnt think its starving and holds on to fats. Her last meal is for repair with high protein carbs and veggies which is pretty standard for an athlete.
I'm thinking Aric has to be around there somewhere with the magic wand and some pixie dust. You guys were flying in London.
emma: "yeah we did a quick run this morning....8 miles....easy."
me: *heavy breathing after walking up one flight of stairs*
I think she meant running easy, as opposed to running hard
@@anjaninator She did, but there's no such thing as 8 miles for most of us, let alone 8 easy miles. She never looks tired. I see her after a steeplechase, she hasn't even broken a sweat.
Ah game of thrones, life before covid was so much better.
If only she'd do something about getting into shape.
I just wanna get into running to meet beautiful women like her.
Is it me or does Emma nod off for a second at 3:08? Obviously Joe is wide awake though..
I wonder how she would do as a miler or 800m
how diid peanut bbutter toast fuel 8 miles PLUS weight training? wtf
Beautiful, bright, and a good cook! What more could a man want?
.....probably a body like that laying next to him. My 'ol lady lifts everyday too.... the problem is it's a fork & spoon loaded down with junk food all washed down with cake and ice cream; she can run a hot-lap to the fridge fast enough to sonic boom it though.
@@Robboned wat tha fak
@@Robboned That is a solid gold comment.
For my second run....WHAT?!!!
lovely lady but what a dull life an elite athlete leads
So routine everything is about exercise wish I was that motivated run 12-15 miles a day
Сначала нужно мне инглиш подучить чтобы понять о чём она говорит ну а так видео топ.)
Omg her conditioning is so hot. 😍
So what exactly does she do for a living?
An All American Girl. She sure likes peanutbutter.
I get that she's an endurance athlete and not looking for mass, but seems like her caloric intake is super low compared to her activity level! That can't be all she eats!!!
She looks fit to me. Skinny, but fit. Good for a runner.
