A few weeks ago the ROLL Team was in Scottsdale, AZ capturing some pretty incredible athletes & their teams training camps.
We got to tag along & capture part of Team Boss at one of the many local tracks. Here’s what coach Joe Bosshard had on deck -
Emma Coburn
- 6x200 at 32-30 sec
- 2k time trial at 5:39
- 3 mile easy tempo at 5:40 per mile
+ R4 Deep Tissue Body Roller & StretchMat
Boris Berian
- 5x600 with 2 minutes rest
+ R3 Orthopedic Foot Roller
Nick Harris
- 3x600/400/200

Are you serious EMMA ?
If you're hoping to get under 8:45, you'll have to focus all your energy on your workout...
And then, after making history in the steeplechase and the marathon,you'll be teaching physical education at school…

Relax your shoulders and lengthen your stride; you don't look like you're giving it your all, you're not tired enough after finishing your sets...
The reason why you can't pass the African women in competition ?
You have everything you need...
The Africans will have a hard time if they don't bring home a medal...
You have all the qualities to win the gold...
It would be a shame not to be champion in 2028; the Games are coming to Uncle Sam
