The camera angle is extremely suboptimal. One can barely see how to apply any part of it. And there's no final shot from different angles to see the result. Even a bird's eye view angle would have been better. 🙄
you might have put too much stretch on the bit touching your nail. secure the tape with no stretch over the nail first, and then apply the stretch to the rest of that bit. does that make sense

This application is often used for pain in the thumb joint, or for a thumb sprain.

Would this work for carpometacarpal (CMC) joint strain.
Did this and woke up with my thumb nail hurting so bad I could hardly touch it.
