Fear is your worst enemy, when I've started practicing my handstand I couldn't even get myself upside down, now I can hold my handstands for 5 seconds and Im still working on it, I'll try these ones and I hope I make it better

Thanks to this video, I found out, that I lack core streanght. I can only hold the hollow body hold for about 20 secs. Your app is perfect and Im seeing progress in my skill but also physique! Thank you very much :)

I’ve had some shoulder mobility issue, but I’ve been doing skin the cat and working my way up on longer holds. It’s a lil scary at first, but definitely seen some improvement!:) hope it helps!

Hollow body holds really helps me. I'm still working on it and this is a really good way to improve the handstand.
Been working on tuck handstands recently, didn't think about using a wall like this
