I am injured and can’t do anything. Gained more than 100lbs. I have enough by sitting like this. No money to do surgery. Fuck it. No more. I should try this by recovering from herniated disc Period. I miss being skinny guy.
Over the summer, I was spending more time in my pool just walking circles/laps to help with some hip pain. I started dropping weight like nothing and it didn't dawn on me until just now that I must have been burning a lot of calories. I was walking in the water for 45 min 3 to 4 times a week.
That's amazing! Water walking is a great low-impact exercise that can really help with weight loss.
The baseball bat swing is one pool movement that I hadn’t known about. I’ll have to give it a try.
