Yes, thank you for letting people know using frozen/pre-packaged food is completely NORMAL! As long as they have very few to no additives, there’s nothing more relieving than to come home from a long day of work and have the job half done for you. Beautiful and realistic recipe!
It's like I want to leave eating and cooking what im used to and only have turkish cuisine because it's so very beautiful and different to anything els on the planet. I so love your channel and the work and time it must take to create wonderfull things. Thank you
This recipe looks both economical and super tasty! It has bold, Turkish flavor but doesn't take any time all. Also, I want to say, never apologize for your English. Your English is miles ahead of my Turkish, and is always intelligible sans subtitles. Keep up the amazing videos! I'll keep (attempting) to make delicious, Turkish food. Ramadan mubarak!
Is it too spicy? 1 tablespoon cayenne powder sounds like too much! Thinking of making this for my family. They're okay with a little heat but this might be too much
I will veganize this. Looks great! I watch from NW Lower Michigan USA. Love your recipes and your personality. I will be adding your onion dolmas to my Easter feast next Sunday! Thank you.
I just made this tonight! Set aside my evening just to make manti and soup. I think my manti we're a little on the fat side but everything was very tasty. Nice and spicy, and the sourness of the pomegranate molasses is fantastic.
Now I’m wondering where I can get those frozen Manti where I live. What a time saver! Thanks for the substitution ideas for ingredients that may not be easily found in some places.
As others have already commented, I too would like to add that using frozen vegetables for speedy cooking tome, or ease of cooking, is no bad thing! I used to scoff at frozen garlic & gubger, but now they are always stocked in my freezer! (make your own frozen veggies) 🫐🍇🍅🧅🍠🥕🧄🥒🥬🥦🌽🌶️
buy a supermarket packet of fresh onions, use the ones you need for your recipe, then dice the rest and freeze it, cheap and easy, similarly if you make a mirepoix/sofrito same thing chop too much and freeze the remainder. Saves on wasted carrots, onions, and celery.
Omg like lasagna 🍝😋 soup.. btw i saw pictures of u all over the istanbul highways 😱 omg way too cook! Mabrook congratulations for the success! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽🎉
Oh I love this idea!!! And I love the idea of using the occasional frozen shortcut. Yes, I know how to dice an onion. But there are just some nights... And I'm thinking frozen tortellini for the pasta!
Yummmmm, definitely a main meal that would satisfy anyone and be one of the tastiest soup. To be honest I could just cook and eat the chicken part, but then you kept adding the extras and I was drooling. Thanks for sharing this recipe.
I'm looking forward to try this, I even have all the ingredients except pomegranate sour, but the alternate ones. I always enjoy your video's, Thank you and all that make them possible🙂💞
Rafika I love love that you can do these recipes this fast, maybe someday I can. .but do you have slow versions as well so I can see more detail in what you are doing? LOVE YA'LL AND WHAT YOU DO!
My first time seeing your video!!! I LOVE THIS RECIPE! I’ve just started eaten vegan…so I’ll have to change it a bit but I LOVE the idea of using Pom molasses to add depth of flavor and tartness and the chickpeas look amazing in a soup! If I may offer a piece of advice…if you put the recipes in English (thank you!!!) saying “broth” sounds better to the Anglo ear than watery…as in…”if you enjoy a hearty broth, this soup is wonderful” Teşekkur! Linda here…hello from Grenada, where fresh food is bountiful. Love your recipes and make them often in my tiny galley (sailboat kitchen), often prepping the day before to keep cooking heat onboard to a minimum. Love your channel!

Here in Finland it is cold and windy and snowing today - this is just the kind of food I love to make on such days! Thank you!
My friend has just gone home to Finland to visit her family and jump into ice holes (WHY) while I water her garden in an unseasonal 25 degres!
