57 here and one of the high points of my life was the day Robert Plant walked into the Bodhi Tree Bookstore while I was working there in the mid 90's. Dressed all in black, still rocking those curls. OMG so fine. I shooed away the girl working the cash register so I could take his money. He was polite and upbeat, very kind to me even though he must have known I was freaking out inside! I'll never forget it. :D

I've often wished I could somehow forget all of my favorite songs and hear them again for the first time, your videos are as close as I'll get (if the alzheimer's don't get me!) Thank you for sharing your open-minded appreciation of music.
My man you are actually performing a public service. There's a youngster watching this video right now that might 12 years old that never even heard of Led Zeppelin. That might be saying to himself/herself "I have to learn how to do whatever that is!!" Maybe they grow up and create their own mind blowing music after this inspiration. It's really just about exposure to certain things.

Please do Rock and Roll, When the Levee Breaks, Misty Mountain Hop, Tangerine, Thank You, That’s The Way, Stairway To Heaven, Kashmir. Any or all of those songs are great plus many more. LOVE your reactions and channel. Hope to see you fall for Led Zeppelin like many of us have! ♥️🔥
Would love to see you react to Led Zeppelin Black Dog & Whole lotta love!!! Great metal, guitar solo's, and drumming, and of course Robert Plant's amazing voice!!!!
Loved watching your anticipation and appreciation. They will lead you down that path many, many more times. Led Zeppelin is the best at building up, building up, patience, wait for it and exploding - and doing it to you again. And well, I still get goosebumps 50 years... looking forward to seeing some more. New subscriber. Cheers man.

The final amazing thing about this song is how much it was despised by the critics. It's from their first album, and from the first NOTE, the critics just _hated_ Led Zeppelin. They called them decadent, that they were desecrating the blues, it was a travesty. It was almost across the board, maybe one or two guys thought they were okay. This was on _both_ sides of the pond. _(Rolling Stone_ would not stop slagging on them.) Zeppelin is an incredible success story because they became the biggest band in the world despite having almost no support from the rock critics. Instead, they toured incessantly, over and over, starting with vans and ending up with their own plane, and they won over the world through sheer force of will and their presence. They just kept at it, and got the gold ring.
I might be mistaken but I believe that's how they chose their band name as well. A critic from one of their early shows wrote that it "went over like a lead zeppelin." Not a very nice thing to say about a band in case you're too young to get the reference.
The same critics who said the beatles were the best rock band in the world i dont think you can catergorise them as a rock band more like progressive pop Also was it pete townsend or keith moon who disliked led zeppelin because of the type of music they were producing then the same guys later admitted they hated led zeppelin because they were more famous and better than them which was true then and is still true now
I’d take out “when the levee breaks” and put “whole lotta love”. Let’s face it WTLB isn’t a good song, it’s just mainly known for its drum sound but other than that it really isn’t one of LZ best songs.
you got the ear, the soul, to comprehend the visceral power these dudes deliver. from Bonham on those g d drums to jimmie page stringin' it, and plant on vocals. don't underestimate bass and the Whistle. Peace.
I am a true LZ fanatic, I could literally listen to these guys all day, every day, this is a magical journey into the mystical world of classic rock, I would dare to say that most of the modern bands owe their fame and fortune to this group, their influence can be seen, heard and felt everywhere you hear good music. Keep exploring man, this is a real experience.
Yeah, there is no bullshit with him, he is not pandering to anyone, he just listens with an open mind and you can tell the difference that makes in constrast to a lot of these people who do reaction videos. This guy loves music and is in touch with it. I knew he was the real deal the second he heard Roberts voice on this and when Bonhams drumming came through loud and clear to him. This guys reaction videos are worth watching, you learn a lot.
Welcome to Zeppelin! Great first track to start with! The drummer was the late, great John Bonham. RIP. Hands down the best drummer the world has ever seen. Recommend these as well: Four Sticks (you’ll understand the title of the song when you hear him play) Immigrant Song (Viking Invasion Music) Whole Lotta’ Love Oh hell, just get all the albums and play them from 1.2, 3 and on. Your brain will thank you!
There is no greatest drummer, don't be dumb. Bonhamn was one of the best rock drummers as well as Buddy Rich was one of the best jazz fusion drummers of all time.
RevelGirl 1 It’s the oddest thing, just watching people’s reaction to songs I grew up listening to... i never thought I’d be watching so many different walks of life listening to music I loved.
This is what we were like when we were younger after realizing what our parents knew then later we finally saw the light. Enjoy the sounds that changed music forever. Im a Beatles fan and suggest binging on them as well. Also check out Prince performing The Beatles While my Guitar Gently Weeps (a personal favorite) we forget that Prince was a musical genius on many levels and that he played guitar like it was not even a thought to him, that performance took my breath away for a while. A reminder of who he really was.
They were heavily influenced by southern blues music. Later they also incorporated tribal music into their catalog. The drummer is considered one of the top drummers of all time, the late John Bonham. Jimmy Page is the guitar god, John Paul Jones was a master bass guitar maestro and Robert Plant was given the voice of what I would imagine an angel would sound like. No disrespect to the Beatles but Zepp is my favorite musicians to come out of the UK, hell they are my favorites from anywhere.
This song got me into playing drums and bass all at once. I've played it so many times it's become just another song, but watching you hear it for the first time brought back all of the original excitement. I appreciate it
The Mighty Zep!!! Best classic rock band, easily. And my favourite album is the first. The drummer was also my fave drummer, he was unreal & slammed them .. awesome!!
Ha-Ha-Ha-Ha-Ha!! I Love How On The Refrain? You Start Singing Along..."do-do-do..na-na-na-na-na-na...do-do-do...na-na-na-na-na-na--!"...That's What Everyone Does When They Listen To This For The First Time...Or The 50th Time!!!
You made a 55 yo grandfather from Toronto so happy dude. I grew up with Zep. To be able to see you catch every single hook and monster move in real time that I've been digging for 40+ years - and be wise enough to throw down and give it up for them - I gotta respect you. It was a joy to watch you experience it thinking - he has no idea where this song is going to go. And going back to experience it again - nope further back. You matched my goosebumps exactly. It was 1969 - find a live concert of this song from that year, I think you'll be surprised how Jimmy got some of those trips guitar sounds! You're way too smart for me not to sub you. Can't wait to get into your vids - when it's not 3:29 for instance.
The reason it was so fun to watch you was because I felt the same way when I heard that song the first time. It was when I was 17 years old around 50 years ago. Good job on the review!
EXCELLENT choice for intro to Led Zeppelin. When they do that song live, it can last for up to almost 30 minutes depending on how the vibe is going on stage. They take that song wherever they want and then bring it back to the chorus anytime. Next for Led Zeppelin, I recommend "When the Levee Breaks" from Led Zeppelin IV.
The drummer is John Bonham . Now I am a 63 yr.old man I grew up listening to this type of music rock ‘n’ roll in Meado I grew up listening to this type of music rock ‘n’ roll and Metal , some people think it’s messed up but I still listen to it every day Rock ‘n’ roll will never die I just found your channel and subscribe. Never been to this channel, but as soon as I saw "Dazed and Confused reaction", I had to watch because this song here has given me eargasms for the last 37 years. Watching your face light up during the best parts of this tune absolutely thrilled me!! It was almost like I was listening to the song for the first time all over again. I love this video! I'm gonna be subscibed to this channel forever now!👍👍👍
There's a reason guitarist Jimmy Paige is ranked #3 ALL TIME & their drummer John Bonham is ranked #1 ALL TIME!! In the beginning the sound that you were hearing coming from the guitar was Jimmy Paige using a Violin Bow to play his guitar. If you are inclined, look up the live version and watch him destroy that bow the way he plays it!! Great reaction, been waiting a long time for Zep reaction!! 👍👍👍
I like your style of reaction and I don't think it is just because I like this song. It's great seeing someone who is excited and lets that reaction hang out all over the place. willing to pause, comment and rewind the song. Hats off King KTF.
If this is your first Zeppelin experience, you have a long, exhilarating experience ahead of you that will last a long time.

Rob from judas preist?
Jimmy Hendrix the greatest rockstar of all time
You’re forgetting Freddie Mercury though.
Heartbreaker, Kashmir, When the Levee Breaks, The Immigrant Song, Communication Breakdown. Take your pick, the list goes on and on.
the rock'n roll song,,,, nobody's fault but mine..
Misty mountain, The Rover...🙌🏽
Stairway to heaven
How many more times is also a great song by led zeppelin
I’d take out “when the levee breaks” and put “whole lotta love”. Let’s face it WTLB isn’t a good song, it’s just mainly known for its drum sound but other than that it really isn’t one of LZ best songs.
I'm so happy that you have all of Led Zeppelin ahead of you. Enjoy dude!
Mr Crowley. You have a photo of Burial, no?
I do indeed :) Burial is the truth man
you got the ear, the soul, to comprehend the visceral power these dudes deliver. from Bonham on those g d drums to jimmie page stringin' it, and plant on vocals. don't underestimate bass and the Whistle.
He KNOWS good music!!
I like this guy, he actually really listens to a song to see if he approves of it. Proper.
You would absolutely LOVE “Since I’ve been Loving You” by Zeppelin. Slow and blusey!!
Led Zep! No metal band ever came close! They were the masters who can still take any band to school! 👍👌
Dude this reaction is epic!!
Welcome to Zeppelin!
Great first track to start with!
The drummer was the late, great John Bonham. RIP.
Hands down the best drummer the world has ever seen.
Recommend these as well:
Four Sticks (you’ll understand the title of the song when you hear him play)
Immigrant Song (Viking Invasion Music)
Whole Lotta’ Love
Oh hell, just get all the albums and play them from 1.2, 3 and on.
Your brain will thank you!
There is no greatest drummer, don't be dumb. Bonhamn was one of the best rock drummers as well as Buddy Rich was one of the best jazz fusion drummers of all time.
*Glad to know you finally got to experience Led Zeppelin*
*Also, I see that Chicago hat~*
The drummer John Bonham is known to be thee greatest drummer of all time RIP
I am having such a BLAST watching you FEEL this!!!!! I’m binge-watching you.
A reminder of who he really was.
queen. the show must go on. now there's goosebumps
Zepplin, Hendrix, and Clapton.....LEGENDS AND THEY ALL KNEW EACH OTHER!!!!!
John Bonham greatest drummer ever, may he rest in peace, Jimmy Page greatest guitarist ever may he live forever!!
Jimmy page kidnapped a girl didn't he? Eddie Van Halen can play rings around Page.
@Any One Van Halen 4 fingers. Page 3 fingers.
@Any One Then you must be God.
@Any One it's your not you're, idiot.
One word -- Hendrix!!!!
I appreciate it
My favorite Led Zeppelin tracks: Achilles Last Stand, No Quarter, 10 Years Gone
React to Black dog led zeppelin🖒
I love this guy. Best reactor so far!
Phillip King Yes! I love his passion for music.
The Mighty Zep!!! Best classic rock band, easily. And my favourite album is the first. The drummer was also my fave drummer, he was unreal & slammed them .. awesome!!
Ha-Ha-Ha-Ha-Ha!! I Love How On The Refrain? You Start Singing Along..."do-do-do..na-na-na-na-na-na...do-do-do...na-na-na-na-na-na--!"...That's What Everyone Does When They Listen To This For The First Time...Or The 50th Time!!!
u need to smoke a blunt close ur eyes an sit back to appreciate that song !
No you don't. I'm stone cold sober and actually feel this song going through my very soul.
For real especially early Zep is a trip
I got to admit. I did listen to them on acid a couple of times. :D
One of my top 3 songs. Still feels the same when he opens up the words as it did 25 years ago. Glad you liked it.
Keep going .... IN MY TIME OF DYING, HEARTBREAKER, WHEN THE LEVEE BREAKS, TEN YEARS GONE.... bring more
In the evening, you've just got to hear In the evening, from their last album.
I like your style
No such thing as a mandolin bow...violin bow, perhaps? Lol
And I agree...dazed is awesome on TSRTS...he almost levitates!
llymphs Sorry, typo. He also plays the Mandolin and uses the violin proficiently with every strum instrument he plays
All their members are top 10. Superband.
the bridge has jp with a viola bow, the intro is a les paul with a crybaby into a marshall plexi
It's John Paul Jones that plays the mandolin on all Zeppelin tunes that have mandolin!!
Robert Plant , best voice in rock history..by a mile! Also John Bonham is still greatest drummer ever ( RIP)
Josh V. Agreed, plant and Daltrey are the best imo.
Josh V. Nope here is the greatest
ruclips.net/video/XrGhMeqR1lI/видео.html
Josh V. Ann Wilson of Heart.
Robert Plant and Ann Wilson of Heart. Really loved when Ann & Nancy covered Battle of Evermore as The Lovemongers.
Rush's Neil Peart takes Bonham's place as best (living) drummer.
Loved this video. So awesome to see incredible talent appreciated.
I love these reaction videos. Music is ART and ART can transcend generations. Keep creating keep evolving.
Oh God bless you man! I gave ME goosebumps watching you discover this Gem!
I like your style of reaction and I don't think it is just because I like this song. It's great seeing someone who is excited and lets that reaction hang out all over the place. willing to pause, comment and rewind the song. Hats off King KTF.
Yeah, I loved when he says "I gotta take it back".....I was like, hell yeah you do!!
True that
One of THE best reaction videos I have ever seen. God bless.
I'm watching all your reaction videos to remind myself of the way I reacted when I first heard these songs..Thank you..
Do No Quarter man. It's from the Houses of the Holy album.
Gotta do the live version though, it's wayyyyy better
No, do the live version of No Quarter from The Song Remains The Same soundtrack.
Both are epic, to be honest.
I hear the dogs of doom are howling more
Live iz awesome
