This is an "we all come together, or it ain't happening" situation. Oya needs 22,000-equivalent Thermal Cores destroyed to go down. Either we coordinate or we fail. We will be discussing in war council at DCoH soon. -CMDR Mechan.

@@aircraftandmore9775 engineering or not, and FDL is certainly helpful. You can load up a bunch of ax missile racks and help take out cores in shared instances. It also has a bunch of utility slots so you can mount plenty of the caustic sinks and neutralizer that you need!

Just as long as supercruise doesn't get removed. I find it kind of relaxing.

Has there been any word from FDev about fixing stuck instances? This is going to be a significant challenge even without instances bugging on us...

Ah the Hubris of the self-appointed Defence Council, I shall watch with interest over the next week.
Dcoh is right; we can't defend 23 alerts in a single week without losing a ton of ground elsewhere. This is the lowest that this Titan's resistance is going to be for some time.
Taranis resistance was this high when it went down. It is definetly doable but it will be hard, as half of Taranis hearth went down with lower resistance, it was way closer to the star (100 ls vs 6000 ls), and it was the first so probably many commander involved. Everything depends on the commanders.

Alas, I'm going to be planetside in the Sol system for the next several days for a solar eclipse, so I won't be able to get to the Oya flight before Wednesday.

I saw that Fdev suggested solo or private group to avoid bugs. Unfortunately, even there, bugs occur. I couldn't attack Oya this morning due to one.

TL;DR FDev panicked at the rate of our progress, threw in some Thargoid plot armor, meanwhile we're *still* having to contend with bugged instances. What fun!

I think they need to come up with a different sort of gameplay for the remaining Titans, this is quickly getting boring and repetitive. Are we really not seeing on foot Thargoids, we are not exploring the interior of the Titans or the Spires?
It is this kind of community crap that makes the game fail.
Who the hell cares ? Those of us on console will never see this ,how about doing something for us,for a change ?
More like who the hell cares about console? That they're even continuing to run a second version just for console and old PCs IS doing something for you. For a change, maybe they could just down legacy and acrually fix the bugs in the game people are ACTUALLY playing.
Tell the Macos and DOS users.... And my BBC B version hasn't had an update in decades! How about doing something for us original users?! Outrage
