But... ...that being said...as Jonni Shreve says, "Progressive-overload your life!" So keep "dream-chasing," dude. 👍
Scott, I don’t think that you need to slot yourself into posting on certain days. Life happens and there may be times when you can’t post by a particular day, which would undoubtedly cause you unnecessary stress. Having more posts from you would be awesome, but I agree with others who said to post when it’s good for you ... we’ll be waiting for ‘em. 😀👍

I think any amount would be good, and some weeks 2 but if you need a down week do 1. I would probably do Wednesday and Saturday just because less people upload

I think for the algorithm it is best to post always at the same days of the week (like every Thursday and Sunday for example) . But not a 100% sure. But I also think post whenever you like. Whenever I see recipes like this i get so curious, if they actually taste nice or if people are just fascinated by the quantaty of the food and the feeling of just eating a lot in one go. This def is a valid a reason to make something as purely taste reasons, I am often just wondering how ice cream like a whole load of ice cubes and a bunch of calorie free stuff tastes. This is really not meant as hate, but as a genuine curious thought
Everytime i eat high volume ice cream i throw up bcz its hard on ur stomach i juat ate a melon with 500 grams of melon which taste much nicer then this for like 330 calories plus fiber from the melon is keeping you full

Feel the same way when i eat my homemade wholewheat bread with real peanutbutter (not the powder kind), amazing black currant jam and banana which also is around 300 kcal. I am very full in a very pleasent way after eating and super satiated. Whenever I make an anabolic recipe my stomach is full, but I do want to eat more somehow.

I've actually made those marshmallows as I'm already keto but have been trying to look for ways to lower my fat intake and calories but not feel hungry. I may have to try this one! New sub!
