    Hi! I did this practice this morning and I loved it so much, thank you. I am struggling with finding my balance and maintaining it, do you have any tips? Much appreciated, namaste.

      Hey Michaela! Thanks for practicing with me! practice honestly helps so much but I like to think about my toes really spreading out and melting into the floor, also keeping your breath, easy deep and calm will help steady your body as well! Hope that helps, xoxo
