Why do people think the Alexander technique is bs? They teach it at most theatre, dance, and music schools. There’s no scam medicine involved or feeling the air, it’s straight up posture correction 😂
Your claim that they teach it at most theater dance and music schools is total BS. Of course it’s a ridiculous scam. people paying money for someone to tell them to sit straighter and claiming that it has a wide range of health benefits. And if there’s ever a great audience for silly stuff like this, it’s wannabe actors.
