@@davebrowne8252 i have that album on my wishlist! 😂. I absolutely looooove the song “Heart and Soul” which has (two) videos of it! The singer is very stiff though (when compared to the rest of the band). Did not know they were irish though…. 🤷🏻♂️
Haha, I have that Rock Aid Armenia record. I remember the earthquake too. Terrible suffering from that earthquake. I think Ritchie Blackmore spearheaded that project (the album, not the earthquake LOL). Geoff Beauchamp was in a band called Eight Wonder apparently,

I have that Great White single on cassette. I'm pretty sure there's 4 songs on the cassette. I love Wasted Rock Ranger and I bought the CD a few years ago (no cover) and includes the song l. I think it's a German pressing.
I lied 3 songs but repeated on both sides of the cassette
Ya, the normal pressing of Twice Shy didnt have the song... BUT, it was on a Greatest Hits compilation i bought way back... go figure...
That part i dont remember (3 songs repeated on both sides) but I did own the cassette single at one time...
Zodiac Mindwarp - Back Seat Education is a great tune, if a little ridiculous.

Since you asked: Yes, there is (was) a German version of such Get-togehter for charity and it was called "German Rock Project" and the song was "Let Love Conquer The World" from 1991. I was crazy (or dumb?) enough to have the "Metal version with 18 Guitar solos" to play on air in my radio show back in the day since it is 12:48 minutes long. It was kinda ok, no need to spend a lot on it, if you can get the 12" Maxi-Single somewhere cheap, which I doubt in Canada, you can get it and do Part 5.
Wow! Thanks! I was not aware of that one! I love this stuff! But, upon looking at Discogs, it only exists as a 7 inch... no 12 inch (which is too bad)... it's not super cheap, but not expensive either... hmmmm... do i get the 7 inch or search some more? Zed Yago! There's a band you don't hear mentioned often! Love that band. Zed Yago, Chastain & Hellion were bands that should have gotten more recognition.
@@offthecharts2272 That is correct, Sir. I only read "Maxi-Single" and thought that must have been a 12", but you are right. I do own the thing on CD and could transfer you a copy of the song, but I presume you want to own a physical copy yourself.

@@davebrowne8252 Thank you for the response: I can tell you, when that debut "From over yonder" came out in 1988 it was a big success (here) in Germany: Number 1 @ Metal Hammer in that album of the month before AC/DC! Very kindly remember the tour one year later Zed Yago Headlining and Leatherwolf opening to a packed house. Too bad they had internal fights within the group therefore: Velvet Viper...
Jutta Weinhold is 76 years old now, and I can tell you she still has it! (Saw her couple years back and she still has that special voice and performs like she is 38) I would say she is one of our best German singers! (And I am not saying one of our best female singers, but one of our best singers! ( I saw Klaus Meine last year and no: He does not have it anymore, it was dreadful!)

I also did not get the ginormous poster 😥Is the lightning strikes song by Mamas Boys any good? Also my copy of Growing Up The Hard Way has Last Thing At Night on it so I'm not sure that the 2nd Mamas Boys maxi has any bonus tracks not on an album.
@@rockandmetalinvasion first world problems : not getting a sexy poster! :) Lightning Strikes is a pretty good song! Borderline speed hard rock (like Ratt’s Bodytalk)…. And Faaaaaack! You’re right…. I already have Last Thing at Night…. ANOTHER reason for me to stop buying Maxi Singles for now…. Grrrrrr. 🙄😞
