love your vids so much! visiting these national parks has been on my bucket list for the longest time, can't wait! woot woot! 🙌
I truly appreciate these reviews, my friend. I’ve been looking into upgrading some of my equipment and this is just what I needed for that extra push. That 150mm is magic, I can’t believe how crisp Mount Whitney turned out! 🤯 Looks like I’m gonna be making another trip out there once I get my hands on a mirrorless.
Thank you for the kind words! The 150 truly is wild!
Thank you for this great video. 🙏🏼
Great review! Cheers!
Man, I gotta grab me one of those. Been saving up to upgrade from the A7riii.
Sounds like such a rad camera, and the shot you’ve been getting with it are incredible. Thanks for the info.
Definitely recommend it! From the quality of life improvements alone over the a7riii, it’s night and day!
❤️❤️
And this video is incredible.
Too kind!
Excellent review man! Making me really consider jumping to this instead of sticking with canon when I go mirrorless.
You're killing these RUclips videos bud. Keep it up!
Thanks a ton mate!!
Congratulations on 1k 🙌🙌
Thank you legend
Next body I want to upgrade to! Great review Jonny!
Thank you so much!
Great review bro! Thanks for your insight.
My A7IV still not arrived yet but hopefully soon 🙌🏻
Appreciate the kind words! It’ll be so worth the wait 👌🏼
Muchas gracias
I would like to see photography vlogs and bts. And btw I really enjoy your videos
I think about switching from Canon to Sony too. Will my Flashes work manually on the A7IV, or do I need a kind of adapter?
Thanks for the amazing video mate. had a quick question , I have pre booked Sony a7iv and was planning on a wide lens for astrophotography and planning to print these later Aswell. I see you have done exactly that in your background. Can you suggest some lens options ??
I'm taking my a7iv to death valley next month! Any recommendations for what landscapes to shoot in the park/what hikes to do there?? Loved your input btw. The a7iv is an amazing camera. I haven't tested it out for landscapes yet. I can't wait to get hiking with it to capture some awesome landscapes
You’ll love it! So it was my first time there and I barely scratched the surface. Definitely check zabriske point, artist pallet, and some of the sand dunes!!
Jonny, Thanks for putting out this video. My wife and I are going to Death Valley in mid-February and I’m taking my new Sony A7 IV as well, so very timely. My main working lens is the Tamron 28-75 F/2.8. While I am blown away with the ability to crop into the 33 MP sensor and still have a decent image, I’d like to get a longer lens that is affordable and still sharp. I’m looking for a zoom that will reach 200mm or so to augment to 28-75. Your recommendation will go a long way in making this decision. Thanks.
Perfect timing! I appreciate you putting faith in my opinion!! So naturally I would definitely recommend Tamron and obviously already have one so it would pair nicely. Without overlapping the current focal length you already have, I would suggest looking into the 150 to 500 by Tamron, it is pricey but it is built to the standards of their new lenses, superb quality an incredibly sharp. That being said if you wanted a good all in one versatile lens, the 28 to 200 by Tamron is also fantastic. And could replace your 28 to 75!
Have you compared this body to the A7R IV? Files, handling, etc?
hey man im just starting to get into photography could really use any tips you have..... also how do you know/figure out where your settings should be set if that makes sense like how do you determine where to set them
also what is that f/ value??
Do you use electronic or mechanical shutter for landscape photography?
Mechanical!
Hi, congratulations for the video. I also have a Canon R5 and I'm thinking of migrating to Sony A7IV. I also shoot a lot of landscape and make large prints. I would like to know your opinion about it, if I can only use this Sony A7IV for this purpose? Thanks
Any update?
@@polanialmoni6274 yes
@@lribeir so what is it?
And what a handsome man
@11:20 - Deer photo, did you mean Tamron 35-150 f2-2.8?
I did yes my bad
High end photography is dead. Sell your gear now.
Fun fact: it’s not ;)
Only for young broke kids . Older generation still goes as much high end possible. I used to be apple camera pic is the best kinda dumb guy until I learn real photography deal.
