This is exactly ruclips.net/user/postUgkxUHHotQRjIQnfuxEeVotlkHVYWH0DXZoS what I needed to get some exercise while I'm stuck at my desk all day. It's just the right size. Only downsides are that the right oeddale unscrews itself while I use it and increasing the tension causes it to squeak while in use. Both are minor issues that aren't that important to me. So I give it 5 stars.
Bob and Brad ,thank you ! Please make more videos for elderly for every joint from our body !
Thank you so much for your videos . I’m using them to teach my 88 YO dad to walk & to get stronger again after a hip surgery due to fall

How often should I do these great exercises James U. K.
I would love it if these videos contained an outline of what is being taught here. That way, when I want to practice these five exercises, I wouldn't have to spend 11 minutes watching what I've already seen x number of times in the original video: I could just use the outline that tells me which exercises to do.
How to choose a cane? What's the difference between a regular one, a two, three or four point one?
What is the best height for the chair or couch to do the sit to stand exercises??
I have a drop foot due to a stroke and can only do the toe ups on one foot. Do you have recommendations to help with the drop foot?
Can’t wait to work on these with my Dad who’s 87 and has got much weaker/slower walking and he’s so off balance now - when he does the toe raise or any others, is it best wearing shoes or slippers or barefoot would you think? 🙂
He may do first four exercises by sitting in the chair.

I’m not a senior but I have osteoarthritis and it’s painful. Ive also been getting Charley horses and leg cramps. I can’t get down and do any exercises so I have been looking for videos for easy stand up and gentle exercises to strengthen my knees and thighs. Leg cramps and Charley horses are brutal to have… can you maybe show exercises for people with osteoarthritis? Stand up exercises that stretches the thighs and calves especially the thighs???
I live you guys but I have a comllaint. I ordered a Booyah stick from Amazon and it never got here!
With toe lift I had stroke so I can't lift toes on that side. What modification can I do?

My husband hikes but has dealt with bad knees forever. It’s been recommended he get surgery but he just hates the idea so it’s been 20 years and he walks/hikes as he says, “on stilts” bec his knees don’t bend (easily). He was once told by his doctor that we all have a finite number of bends in our knees. Is this true? He wants to strengthen his thigh muscles but will he be sacrificing his knees by doing the exercises to build his thighs?

I had a chiro take her knuckles she pushed into my back and I heard a pop- it's been 7 years since then and the pain from it has not gone away- there is grinding sound when I raise and bring down my arm sideways as well as what feels like a pinched nerve in my back. What would you advise?
I definitely don't trust chiropractors.
