Day 20 workout and cardio completed! Another great full body workout. I can tell how each day I’m stronger. At the beginning my abs were so weak. I really couldn’t hold an abs positions for long. Now I can hold an abs workout until the end 🙂. I’m so excited. Thank you Rachel 💪🏽💜
This was a great workout Rachele - I was so surprised how time flew and 40 mins was gone before I knew it! I really appreciate having these longer workouts! Day 20 complete. 😊
