    I enjoyed that tremendously! From one OT to another, thank you! Great pace and challenging moves. I especially loved the round the clock dumbbell pass.

    Day 20 workout and cardio completed! Another great full body workout. I can tell how each day I’m stronger. At the beginning my abs were so weak. I really couldn’t hold an abs positions for long. Now I can hold an abs workout until the end 🙂. I’m so excited. Thank you Rachel 💪🏽💜

    This was a great workout Rachele - I was so surprised how time flew and 40 mins was gone before I knew it! I really appreciate having these longer workouts! Day 20 complete. 😊

    Hi Rachel! I’ve been doing your 28 day wall Pilates challenge and loving it! I just noticed that there is no Day 21 video, I’ll choose an extra workout to complete the 28 days but thought you might like to know. Thank you for all the awesome videos you put out, I really love your workouts!
