- This tutorial is for an ice dyed single geode reverse dyed long sleeve t-shirt. I show the entire process of how I tied a navy blue long sleeved t-shirt, and then used Out White Brite to remove part of the color. I also show the complete process for how I ice dyed the rainbow geode.

So awesome! This process became my favorite the very first time I tried it, I just love the boldness it produces, and the results often feel more unique to me. Question; I’m in Canada, often have trouble finding sinew in retail, and then finding any that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg! Where do you purchase your sinew? Thanks!

I do like this shirt and the orocess! I really love the back of the shirt though! The colors really look bold and beautiful in the pattern they came out! Great tutorial as usual, Angie. I have some dark items ive been waiting to do, so i think im going to get busy and get them done now!!!

I love it. I would not think to use the colors you did, but they sure work well on this shirt. Is the purple hoodie a Buffalo hoodie from Costco? I just bought one last night (they are on sale right now, but the size I needed wasn't available in cream so I got a purple one to try and reverse. It looks like the purple hoodie you are reversing here may be a Buffalo hoodie?
I got one of each color and the purple didn’t respond much to the OWB. Went through the entire process anyway and it took the dyes just fine.

Thank you! Yes, the purple item is one of the Buffalo hoodies from Costco. The color didn't lighten a lot, but it did lighten some. After using OWB, I dyed it using some blue colors and it ended up looking really good. Unless you are already reversing other items, I don't think it is worth the effort though. I would just dye over the purple the way that it is.
