Yes, in reality you might hear people pronounce it in those three ways. The Standard pronunciation for mainland China is ren4shi. That's how I spoke it in the video, i.e. with a neutral tone. It is usually written that way too. (In this particular video the pinyin software I used gave each character in the word 认识 their original tones and I missed this when proofreading😁)
@@MandarinHQ Teacher, I have one big preocupation to speak right Mandarin, because many Chineses have told me I don't have hability to learn and speak right Mandarin. But my answer for them: I can, I win!🙂
