You sure make drawing and painting look so easy as you move along the pages of your sketchbook. I'm still at the stage of learning how to draw and paint at me' ole age as I never had the chance to pick up art supplies when I was a little one growing up. I'm enjoying the learning stage but can't wait to be able to work with ease in the future once I conquer these fundamentals. Thanks for sharing your creative arts dear one. ~ Karla
I love your sketchbook sessions where I can draw along so much. They’re so laid back but very entertaining! Definitely my favourite kind of video that you have on your channel 😊 I love drawing rabbits so it was fun to draw the bunnies along with you!
The media and colors were a real treat for the eyes this video! I feel like the sketchbook was a playground for you and that's how every sketchbook should be I think.
I love your style your drawings are so amazing I aspire to he like you jelarts. Your small corner of the internet makes my day everyday. Thank you so much jelarts for inspiring me with my art you are amazing keep up the amazing artwork 🎨❤😘😉
Yay! I love sketchbook sessions and yours is so relaxing. I love your voice! I love your art! And I love you❤ Keep inspiring us. We live for your videos!
OMG I just discovered you and girl you are SOOOOOO COOL!! I mean, you don't get the attention tgat you need, you have soooooo much talent and so many awsome videos. I really love your work and from now on you are going to be my favorite youtube artist. You draw so amazing and you deserve more support and more subscribers. Never stop❤❤
My biggest issue with drawing in my sketchbook is I think every single page needs to be perfect! I'm trying to get out of that and I'm trying to tell myself it's a sketchbook and that's what it's for, if I mess up, it's fine. Even when your bunny got a bit muddy, it still looks so good and I suppose that's what sets everyone's art apart. Anyway, this video gave me lots of inspiration so thank you!
Last night I sketched coyotes for the first time. I just pulled up some reference images and did the sketches in pen so I couldn't get scared and erase anything. I basically never draw animals, but I want to learn. By the 4th or 5th coyote head, I could see improvement which was really surprising :) I would love to see a sketchbook session where you sketch something you've never sketched before!
I love your art, and your videos ❤️❤️❤️ what if you had a sketchbook session where your drew all of the things that made you happy ? It probably sounds dumb though lolz
I find that the Molotov paint markers are more opaque and the nice part is they are refillable and you can replace their nibs as well. It’s personally what I use as I found the posca in the small sizes dried out really fast when I didn’t use them a lot. No issue with the Molotow in that aspect.
Also, in your video you asked what types of mediums should you draw with and I know that this is not what you lent and this is not a real medium but maybe you could try using make up to draw with if not I love the effect of water colours so please keep using them. You asked for a recommendation for an opaque marker try liquid chalk s they work well over dry paint. Xx
Love your videos! I just bought a “Presto” fine point jumbo correction pen. I find that it is opaque but a little hard to control. It might be that I’m not used to this medium.
my white posca is really opaque... maybe yours needs a lil shake before you use it?? sometimes my pens get like.. watered down? maybe the paint separated i guess and shaking it solves the problem :)
looks good! i should probably experiment more... ive been falling off with my sketchbook because i bought a really small sketchbook and i didnt realize how small it would be so ive been leaning away from it 💀💀
Wooooo I'm thrilled for the video and I'm soo happy I was searching about - draw with me - video and you upload this heheh thank you, but UNFORTUNATELY I can't watch nowww ehhh 🥺|have a nice day /take care ☁️🌙✨!.
These videos are so relaxing to watch. 😊 Have you tried Pilot Pintor paint markers? I got some in a recent art subscription box and they're very opaque. I tried the white one against a white Posca pen and found the Pintor slightly had the edge on Posca.
What if for another session you drew classic fairytale characters but your version of them like the three pigs, Cinderella, little miss muppet, etc. Just an idea but I think it would be good for your style :)
Have you heard of life of colour? www.lifeofcolourproducts.com/ they’ve recently released paint pens. I really want to try them. They do brush pen sets as well.
Jel: *uploads draw with me video*
Me: *scrambles and destroys room looking for sketchbook*
Lmao me XD
Ahahaha😂😂😂😂
Relatable
Since you asked what we want to see in sketchbook sessions, I'd like seeing you draw birds with your ohuhu markers or with your crayons!
Your such an amazing artist don’t ever stop!!!!!!!!!
Jel: "I can hear a little bit of rain outside uwu"
Me: (aggressively gasps) 𝙁𝙤𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙝𝙖𝙙𝙤𝙬𝙞𝙣𝙜

Use white gouache for the highlights over water colour works like a dream! Edit: you pulled out the gouache lmao

the white posca can be more opaque, you just need to shake it like a lot before use
Your art is so beautiful 🌸
Loved it, thanks for sharing :)
Maybe try drawing snakes?
its amazing to see your art like... ugh so inspiring!!!!
Thank you so much 😭
Ahh I didn’t think my biggest insiprationg to draw would respond😅
I use pastels for backgrounds a lot to get that blurry effect..it’s a nice way to bring the main image forward yet put a patern in the background 😀
I love your art, and your videos ❤️❤️❤️ what if you had a sketchbook session where your drew all of the things that made you happy ? It probably sounds dumb though lolz
awesome idea she should totally do it!!!
That is such a cute idea!
This was so much funnn!
I love your art!
I love your videos! I would love to see you using gauche! Thanks for being such an inspiration!❤️
For another sketchbook session maybe you could draw people with glasses, or a color palette thing, maybe play with the primary colors.
the molotow one4all white acrylic marker is opaque, I use it with watercolor and it does great, and as a bonus they're also refillable
Painting the water was really interesting.
Who else stoped listening to fantasy music to watch this beautiful video

I love the background music choice ;)
Omg I'm early!!! Love ur art! Ur such an inspiration! Ur art style is the best and I'm just binge watching u today!
Love your videos! I just bought a “Presto” fine point jumbo correction pen. I find that it is opaque but a little hard to control. It might be that I’m not used to this medium.
I love watching your process! I was so curious how you were going to finish up the water and using the white gouache was perfect! Its so cute!
When will u do live stream? Plsssss do it it would be AWESOME
💙
You can just use white out instead. It's really opaque compared to moat gel pens i've seen
Yay
Love your videos
i would love seeing you draw dogs! (espcecially shih tzus, thehe) :D love your sketchbook-sessions :3
Ohh that's a good idea, I don't think I've drawn those kinds of dogs before!
my white posca is really opaque... maybe yours needs a lil shake before you use it?? sometimes my pens get like.. watered down? maybe the paint separated i guess and shaking it solves the problem :)

Do you ever draw stuff like robots? I would love to see a cute robot in your style!
Ohhh I wanna do that now haha
You should do another sketchbook tips video:)
I should!
I use a chalk marker as a white outlining marker, to answer your question.
Oh that's an interesting idea!
Can u draw half-monster humans?? I like your art alot💚💚
Ohhh interesting!
Aaahh u replieddd \(T∇T)/
These videos are so relaxing to watch. 😊
Have you tried Pilot Pintor paint markers? I got some in a recent art subscription box and they're very opaque. I tried the white one against a white Posca pen and found the Pintor slightly had the edge on Posca.
Could you mix charcoal and pastel?
What if for another session you drew classic fairytale characters but your version of them like the three pigs, Cinderella, little miss muppet, etc. Just an idea but I think it would be good for your style :)
❤️
this was a really long time ago ahahah, but the 2.0mm sakura pen/touch is pretty cool. it’s not super duper opaque tho v-v
Pssst! I totally missed this vid until now, do you have any extra prints of rainy day?? Lemme know if I can join your patreon for (a late) one
I’ve been looking to get an illo sketchbook for watercolor/gouache. Does the paper hold up?
😍
I don’t know if you’ve mentioned in previous videos and I missed it, but what kind of brush are you using to paint?
Chalk pastel?
could you do a draw with me on how to make your sketchbook look appealing?
*Grabs sketchbook*
Watching other people draw hypes up my art muscle! Thanks for this.. 💕💕💕
PS, i also post art videos. 💪 😲😲😲
Is the sketchbook still doing that weird speckle thing?
The shape of the puddle looks like it could be some mix between a dragon and a dinosaur or something, I don’t know.
When i saw this i thought it said "rainy day sketchbook depression"
Im glad it doesn't, hope you're doing well 💕
Has illo changed their name to ML ARTs?? I searched illo sketchbook on amazon and the search I has was ML ARTs sketchbooks
