You take an old piece from the garbage or from someone else you restore its life and you bring out the life it had before it and you make that life means something when you restore it. Because like people furniture also has life and is damaged by life and how it’s treated. Somehow I think there is a natural appreciation for all the work you do on the furniture, you pleat and repair and restore. I really like, that you care also for the less visible parts (inside, bottom, back). So the piece is not only repaired, but entirely refreshed! 😀👍

What an amazing restoration. I love it. I don’t know if I have the patience to do this. But you certainly make it look so worth it. I wonder if you ever show the original owner the finished piece? This looks so good!

I just love the furniture you create. The simplicity, the natural love and creativity you put into it. It's like every piece is apart of you and what your heart tells you what the piece should be and look like. You have the hands of God, which he was a carpenter and so are you.
