Great video and great info. I bought a Uni filter months ago but have never installed it as it's just been one huge mud hole for us ever since. Will definitely do it for the summer!

Thanks for the video. Heading to AZP in March with a Talon 1000R..Was wondering what type of fuel mileage you get on an average.
I can usually get about 120 miles max out of a tank, but it also depends on the terrain and the driver👍
@@gotalon That is not bad. Once or twice we may go 100 -110 miles before the next fuel stop. So just planning out how much extra fuel to take for those days. Appreciate your info.
I have a Uni Filter on the top of the factory snorkle. The filter is for a 450 Quad and fits over the flange on the snorkel. Just have to remove that side cover to check in. Spray the inside of the filter with oil.

The Cage was built by Brick City Fab in Mesa AZ. And the windshield as well.

Jaxon1127 I believe it was 1750. Which included the aluminum roof. The front glass window was about 600.

I installed an uni prefilter, 250miles still looks good and stock filter looks new

What gear selector plate are you using sometimes mine will grind when it’s not exactly in drive does that new gear selector cover help?
BUSTED RIG it’s an early Ca Technology Gate.
Mine hasn’t been much of a problem, yes a couple times it didn’t quite make it into Low, but you just have to be careful. I have heard of people grinding a little bit out of the plate where it goes into Low to let the shifter ride back a bit further and I may try this or just re adjust the cable?
Did you use Shock Therapy on your Talon?

Andrew I’m going in for the re-valving in mid January, it should be interesting to see the difference.
