Well after last night's episode I think this could be true? But honestly I hope not!
I don't like Noel to be A.D. for some reason and if Charlotte was his half sister then why would he kill her? What would his whole motive of torturing the girls be?
I see Jenna is involved in the preview and for her I could see a reason to hate Ali and the girls, but not for Nolan.

This is wrong Noel is not a related because in one of the episodes Hanna did some blood work and tried to see if Noel was Marry Drakes child and the test results was not a match and is not a relative
