On RUclips looking for agility drills and I come across this video and see my boy Santi! This kid worked his ass off and made it to the big league's! A great example of never giving up and working hard for what you want. ESE MAMA BEESH!!!!
You are well suited to be teaching these young athletes! Coming from someone with academic professional training in kinesiology, I commend you on all your training regimens. I will definitely be using many of your drills for my son.
I’ve said this before but I guess you didn’t read it … hopefully you do .. YOU NEED TO MAKE A COURSE FOR ATHLETIC TRAINERS FOR YOUR PROGRAMS!!! Everything you do is amazing man I get so many ideas I never thought of with my athletes . Golden stuff all I can ever do is give you the credit for it 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 hopefully you make a program though I’d definitely buy it
Coach, great movements Slow twitch muscles, reaction timing, focus on movement not speed at first, then reaction speed with strength, core Awesome job sir, And athletes
Would love to have a breakdown explanation of this workout. Being split between Mechanics, Force Output, and Cognitive Function as a training philosophy is this essentially combining them all into one workout? Is that the best way to do it? Or separate the three is phases?
Hey Chris! I've been watching your videos for awhile now (you always have great stuff). Starting at 00:32 in the video when the guys are doing lateral pogo hops, I notice that all of them have their feet in plantar flexion rather than dorsiflexion. Is this apart of the warmup specifically to keep feet in plantar flexion?
Love OTA, but for real, what kind of agility do baseball players need? You do so little in that sport that players have to "warm up" every half inning.
You need to be fast when catching those ground balls and fly balls. Those unfit will be tired already fielding like 5 ground/fly balls during practice, they'll especially be heavy breathing already running from home to first.

Damn I couldn’t tell if that was him or not but I’m happy now that I know it’s him!!!
