I doubt there will be a retort from ownership or players. Even they should recognize honesty. Contes enthusiasm and skill has taken the team to the threshold of top 4, maybe even higher in the months to come. He cannot step on the pitch and play, but he can push hard for the right approach. Success can only come when a team responds to this direction. The Tottenham organization is to be congratulated for getting this far. Conte knows Arteta & Guardiola are still in front of his squad, and he wants it all. Hopefully someday Chelsea will get a quality man like him again, and ownership will support that man.

He’s not blaming the club he’s pointing out they don’t want it as much as he wants it. They’re used to being average and average is how they will stay if they don’t change.

I’m not even a football fan, but all this man is showing is his passion! Someone who recognises the football industry pays big money. And their salaries are unjustified when they aren’t playing with pride and the best of their ability.

As an owner of a different club, I’d seriously want to hire him after this.
He cares about success and ambition, he’s clearly not someone who’s happy to just have an easy life and collect his paycheque.
