He basically shame the others who gave their hearts out. He also didnt took single blame for his failure and put it all on players. He also talked bad about club history when he is as brought to change it, not using it as a shied for failure.

His passion, his fire, his desire to win is clear - he's laid down the gauntlet for his players to show their fans that they are willing to fight for them.... Even Harry Kane for all his brilliance never performs in must win games. The culture at Tottenham is relaxed and casual and it reflects in the players they buy as well as their performances. Mourinho said, "same manager different players after the Europa league loss." He was referring to the bad attitude of the players, and Antonio echoed the sentiment. These players should look at themselves in the mirror. In the All or Nothing documentary, Mourinho called a session where he bashed the players for not playing as a team and fighting for one another after the Chelsea defeat at Stamford Bridge. I support Conte on this. Changing managers is a short-term fix. The clubs must invest massively in buying big players with passion and hunger for the game. This is the only way to change the culture. Why is it that Tottenham is the only club that Mourinho did not win a trophy with? I rest my case.

      He is protecting himself the problem starts at the top Conte’s play management is also to blame when attempting to see out a game. Also he did not take the FA Cup seriously enough or Sheffield by playing a weaker line up. Sure the players might not be good enough but that rant by Conte won’t win him friends and influence people and seems like a farewell in any language.

  • @judechauhan6715
    @judechauhan6715 Год назад +17

    He said at 4:30 everyone blames the coaches and clubs for transfers but never the players not giving their all. There has never been a lack of talent or quality in the players at this club because they cost big money, 20-60m each. They are technically good. Conte is protecting and bigging up the club because it's the club as well as him being let down by the players. The fans, the club, the coach being let down by lack of effort on the pitch. We hired him for that, he wins things, we don't. Maybe we should listen to him for once instead of as he says making alibi's about his contract situation.
    He is a hero. Calling out the players to play for the fans and the badge. He's like a teacher who just heard the sub had a rowdy classroom. He's calling out corruption from the club protecting players instead of holding them accountable. Fans sing his name because he wants to change things here, it seems like he's the only one who does.
