Welcome to the new boat transom and floor rebuild/Volvo Penta SX series. This model Volvo Penta is the SX-S. So we got all the mechanical/electrical items out of the way, it's time to start cutting and removing the old transom. Get ready to see some major rot. It's not going to look pretty.

Can I use epoxy resin to bind them together? I have to do do my 1997 Four Winns Vista 238 and you have inspired me into not throwing away my boat. Thank you so much

I mix chop strand in it and it works great!
