Love the color on the controller, it makes me wish Nintendo would crank out all sorts of colors for their pro controllers and joy cons
Clicked on video because i saw the thumbnail and just really liked the colors of the controller 👀🤓
Such a good review. I had just about given up finding one. Actually technical use not just sat around blabbering on about ‘how it feels’. Good job.
Nihongo, if I could recommend I think you should include a short section where you press and mash the face buttons up to the microphone so we can hear how they sound.
Yeah I just straight up didn’t think to do it this time. Sometimes I do. I’ll try and remember for next time.
I reallly like this controller, the recording button is amazing. But activating the macro when releasing the button not so much, hope they fix it.
You know what this controller is? It's a modified Stadia controller! PxN added rear buttons and swapped the positions of the left stick and the D-pad, but otherwise, it's a Stadia controller! Looks like the Stadia controller manufacturer made good use of the leftover parts!
I actually use my Stadia controller these days as a generic XInput controller for Mac, Windows, and Android after converting the controller with the Google-provided driver.
The sad thing is, it will most likely outsell the Stadia.
Looks good, but I think I will stick with my hori FC4 using a brook adapter.
Do they work wireless on PC?
How good does this controller work in pc?
Mass producing these ads atm, huh? ;)
Well I figured I’ve been too snobbish and only looking at expensive stuff so I figured I’d agree to some of the budget friendly options and learn a bit more about what’s out there.
What’s so wrong with that? It’s literally a channel for tech😂. Sponsored or not it’s the same stuff since the Vita days and what we subbed for.
@gcole6 Don't know where the impression comes from, that I meant it negatively. I probably have to use a happy smiley next time! 😅
too many 3rd party controller reviews
This is a pretty mediocre controller review, Nihongogamer. At no point did you explain why I should buy or use this controller over say, an 8bitdo Ultimate or Gulikit Kingkong Pro 2. You didn't mention it's inexpensive pricing (it's currently $22.99, though it's normally priced at $42.99).
Other than the macro buttons, you DIDN'T mention this controller's various features and functions such as gyro sensors, turbo buttons, three speed adjustable vibration, home button wake up, 20 hour play time and 2 hour charging via USB C, various controller colors, etc. You also failed to mention how the controller felt in your hands. Did it feel like a quality product compared to other third party Switch Pro controllers for it's price point? Who knows, you didn't tell us.
Also, at no point did you mention the disappointing fact that this controller doesn't use hall effect sensors - which is something that should be standard in all new third party controllers. Be more thorough in your reviews.
I unfortunately learned more about the controller from the Amazon product page than I did your video, which sucks. It seems like you did absolutely no research on this product whatsoever before you filmed this video. It's disappointing. Is this what we can expect from your channel when you review products? If so, then don't bother. I give this vid a thumbsdown. Do better, Nihongogamer😮💨
... so it DOES have motion control? I need to get a controller to beat TWO stages of a game that stupidly require motion... so I don't need a great or long-lasting controller, just an inexpensive and temporary one with motion that Ryujinx will recognize.
@stevealford230 Yes, this controller has motion controls. It is a third party Switch Pro controller, after all. Not sure of the quality of this controller and how long it will hold up, but it's getting solid reviews.
