Welcome to Simply Mamá Cooks RUclips Channel! I am a Mom to a blended Korean / Mexican American family that loves to share what I cook in my home. I am still learning and enjoy the process of making home-cooked food.

Ground Beef Rolled Tacos Recipe
How To Make Flautas
How To Make Taquitos
Mexican food is the best food hands down 😋😋
Indian food too
👏👏
@@teeramirez464 Honestly the two have many similarities. Both Fantastic!
Oh, I love Latin American flavours! France and Itality have some amazing food though 😋😍
You are soo right
I made this last night the exact way she said and it turned out great! To everyone saying they're nervous about using raw beef in theirs... Don't be! Think about it ppl get burgers medium and medium rare. So chill if it's a tad pink doesn't mean it's raw. However mine were cooked all the way through. Don't put a ton of mixture and you'll be alright.
This was great!
Exactly!!
I’ve made many dishes from simply mama cooks, my favorite is her Pork Tamale recipe! She taught me how to make them from her videos, I use her recipe every year. Awesome cook ! Thank you for sharing Simply Mama cooks.
Agreed! I love the pork tamales she's like the mother I never had I learned all my cooking from her, and it always comes out delicious 🥰😇
I'll never get sick of Mexican food 😍
That Crunch!! OMG!!! The Green sauce looks so good.
I just love the simplicity of all your recipes! Thank you!
You've become a daily watch!! I love your food!!
Ground beef rolled tacos looks tasty. Great idea!
Hi friend lisa come to my salon
OMGEEE, A!!!! I'm so hungry now and it's not time for my lunch hour yet. 🤤 The sound of the crunch GOT me!!! 🥰
Come to my garden
So mind blown that you cooked the meat and flauta at the same time. I think I will try this for lunch. My son just made his delicious salsa so this would be perfect. Thank you!! I was waiting for your sign off..."I hope you give this recipe a try, I hope you like it" 😊😋
Ah! I forgot to say it. I was eating. 😂
@ that's ok. Its another awesome recipe I will try and I'm sure we will love 💘
Thank you. 😁
Please answer the door 🚪when you find that a few of us here in the comments will be there for the homemade salsa & flautas 🤣 hahaha 😂
Hi sissy
I’m going to make this tomorrow. The cornstarch paste is genius. I hate using toothpicks.
I’ve always been under the impression that flautas are made with flour tortillas, and taquitos with corn tortillas. Please keep in mind I’m just a gringa who loves Mexican food. But no matter what you call them, these look amazing!
I’ve always used toothpicks, thank you for sharing the corn starch method👍. God bless you and your sweet family, have a wonderful day.......💞😊
Thank you so much! Blessings to you. 😊🙏🏼
@ have you ever done this with white fish??like fish tacos but rolled?
Major Yum! thank you for sharing with us. I bought and love your cookbook, but, i love your videos. The crunch at the end was like the cherry on top of a gift! again, thankyou ✨🌌
Lol, yes. Taking a bite at the end is so fun ! Great video, thank you. Looks easy to make.
I used your method of the cornstarch paste and oil on the tortillas and it's LIFE CHANGING! Thank you so much for sharing your tips with us. This is becoming my new favorite cooking channel (new subscriber btw) ❤❤❤❤
That ✨crunch✨
Corn starch method? I'm excited to try this out! I can avoid the mini heart attacks everyone gets before you bit into a flauta with a toothpick inside 😆😆
Haha! Yeah I grew up with the toothpick method. 😬
Yes, this is an absolutely brilliant idea!
I've chewed on many "palillos" during my taquito-eating career...😂
Hi friend
I love how you let us in on your journey, like when you are experimenting with new ideas or techniques. It makes you so relatable and I come to your channel first when looking for a recipe. Also, how do you have so much quiet in your videos with kids in the house? Lol not that I mind their sounds, they are precious!
Thank you for real world recipes with no weird or expensive ingredients!!!!!
Ground beef rolled tacos are great idea. I love tacos. Thank for recipe. Great Video!!!
I can't wait to see the look on my mom's face when she sees me putting raw meat on the tortillas lmao 😂😂😂😂
Right? I’ve never seen that. Or with ground beef. What a time saver tho
Beef is fine raw.. People eat it that way often, you would just want to know the source of your meats. It will get cooked through and be perfectly safe. Chicken or pork would be a definite no!!
That was a satisfying crunch. I use the rotisserie chicken from the store but same method
my mouth is watering so enjoy your videos yummy
Yummy !!! ...and easy. Thanks!
I agree I’ve been converted to a Blaxican for over 25 years now. My very favorite of alllllllll time✊🏾💕
Oops I thought I was responding to another persons comment. She said that Mexican food if the best food of all time hands down and I totally agree
My favorite dish from childhood. Can't wait to make these. Thank you for teaching me how to cook foods by my heritage.
Love all your recipes
Delicious 👍❤❤❤❤ green salsa yummy.
These look to be about a thousand times better than the things we buy by the box from the grocery freezer case. And not that difficult.
Did using the dry spices and onion work out as you expected?
Thanx especially for telling us about using a corn starch slurry to hold the flautas together. I did not know that corn starch "sets," just like a glue, as it rests. This tip is going to be valuable to me in lots of other recipes, too.
oh my heck it looks so wonderful. I'm in the hospital right now and the food bites and when I compare it to this? I could cry. by the way you are really a beautiful woman. I hope you hear that often because you truly are. thanks for the recipe.
Just amazing.....

I actually made them in the air fryer & no corn starch was needed .. just some non stick spray.i didnt have everything for the avocado salsa, so I just smashed avocados with ranch dressing and lime juice & my omy everything was so good!!
