This is an easy-to-follow steady-state low impact cardio workout for weight loss. It's all standing, and requires absolutely no equipment!

    This workout really works. I am doing it for last 7 days.. nothing else just this exercise and healthy food habits and I lost 1 kg. I am writing this since I have not seen anyone telling about their results. I will keep update after 14 days to encourage everyone out there planning to do exercise

    Lucy, I have a question - first, great workout as usual. But suppose I don't want to lose weight? What is different about this workout that it promotes weight loss more than your other excellent workouts of similar length? I'm happy to burn up calories and sweat, it's good for me. But I do these workouts to improve 4 things - cardio, strength, flexibility and balance. And I especially appreciate the emphasis on balance in a lot of your workouts. Please tell me why this one is particular is about weight loss, for those of us that are at the right weight (you can't lose weight forever!). Thanks so much.

    Hi Lucy. I was wondering if you could do a workout for people that have balance and coordination issues after having an illness. I have long covid, which has been affecting my balance, coordination, stamina, and causing dizziness, migraines, and pin and needles. My doctor has approved me to do some exercise as it will help with my mood, fitness, weight, and keep my blood pressure at a better level.
    I managed to do this video, but I had some balance and coordination issues. If you are able to create something, I would much apperciate it.
    I wanted to thank you for including the warmup and cooldown as that is always nice not to have to open more videos to get a well rounded exercise routine.

    Day 8 and motoring through the work out! Works perfectly just before the day begins. Lucy's tips and positivity help me physically and mentally to face the day. Definitely need it on a Monday!

    I have been doing your workouts daily and have been telling all my daughters and friends how good you are and they can see my results. I’m now over two stones lighter and feel and look so much better. I’m 68 now and the same weight as when I was in my early 20s. I’m so much healthier now and so grateful to Lucy, she is a star in my eyes and I will keep on doing her workouts for the rest of my life!!😊

    Thank you so much Lucy, I started my weight loss/fitness journey around 3 months ago after seeing some photos of myself that did not fit with the way I see myself. I started with a 7 min 7 day thinking that I can do 60 seconds 7 times it's achievable...I never finished 7 days tho, I fought my own self sabotage using other 5 min workouts you have shared freely. That was 3 months ago, now I work out at least 20 mins daily, and I actually look forward to it. I am so grateful for you making it free fun and realistic. You have massively positively impacted my life and I can't thank you enough ❤

    Today is day 11 of the 14-day challenge. I have also done this week's weight loss exercises, day 3. But as well as the 14-day challenge (that I am going to miss once it is over) I am doing the 7 minutes tone your arms. Today, it will be my 7th and last day. Also, I am doing the 5 minutes Abs and thigh workout every day, today being the 5th day. I am persevering every day. The result for me is the fact that I am training. I promised myself to use the scales once a week only. Thank you Lucy

    Newbie, today, day 1! Did you mention a link to a free downloadable eBooks in the video? I don't see the link. I'm a terrible eater and don't like too many vegetables, such as avocado, radishes, olives, plus things like hummus... so I tend to get bored because I have such a limited vegetable repertoire; I need all the ideas I can get.     Hi Lucy I have been doing your workouts on and off since last 2 years... I instantly get results, no doubt about that.
    I face issue with my breast size. I am 32 years old and ever since I can remember I was a 34B and I was happy. Now in last 2 years my breast size increased to 34C. And I am always uncomfortable and don't feel good about big breasts since I am a short heighted girl. Please tell me if there are any exercise that i can do to go back to 34B. 🥺

    Day 14 done!
    I even took my tablet along on a mini vaca so I wouldn't miss a day. Aiming to be consistent. I did not take measurements, I'll weigh in tomorrow, but my doing this was more for me "feeling" better, both mentally and physically, and I DO!
    I see a September challenge has already started so I'll be joining that tomorrow!

    Hi Lucy, been following some of your workouts. Requesting you to please do a series for weight gain as well. Its sadly mostly about weight loss everywhere on the internet. I'm underweight and its hard to find workouts suited for people like me. Please help. Thanks!

    Good morning Lucy thanks so much for this wonderful work out. Strangely I had a free NHS health check up yesterday, all went well just that I'm slightly overweight by 1-2kg plus my good cholesterol levels need to be slightly raised. Though my overall cholesterol is within the normal range. I was very pleased with my heart age coming at 44 I'll be 47 in Oct. Plus I'm not diabetic. So having seen the beginning of your video re lowering cholesterol and weight loss this is essentially what I need right now! You must be a mind reader! But I attribute my decent health check up to your exercises which have been my constant companion for past 4 years.
    I'll definitely be doing this for next 2 weeks. Plus i have a stressful job ( who doesn't!) So this has helped me start my day feeling better. Just one thing I couldn't see the link for the healthy weight loss tips you mentioned at the end. Thank you for all that you do ❤❤

    Hi Lucy,
    Thank you so much for your hard work thinking of how you can make us all healthy by giving us all the video's.
    Started doing your workout as soon as I found you on
    u tube.
    Unfortunately due to being ill had to stop, & have lacked the motivation to start, but this all in one workout has got me going as it's all in one place & only 15mins low impact, which is doable for me with health issues.
    But I can't seem to get the link to your e book to work, please could you give me the link? Would really like so I have more healthy eating options, plus all the good advice. X
