I am realizing now that a medical field could've been a viable major, I mean he'd have to have medical expertise after getting stepped on too many times

As someone pursuing his BSc In Chemistry with a focus in Bio-Chem. I know a lot of mech and electrical engineers.. and plankton definitely gives off those vibes

I don’t think he got a degree at all cause he would’ve mentioned it much like how he would’ve boasted being a doctor. I think he’s just flaunting his higher education as if it on its own means anything

I don't know why, but I feel like Plankton would be the type of guy to build pipe bombs in his garage and then mail them to his enemies, like Mister Krabs, King Neptune, Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy, the mayor of Bikini Bottom, and other people against whom he holds a grudge. Basically, I imagine him to be a caricatured combination of Marvin J. Heemeyer and Ted J. Kaczynski.
Plankton may have also minored in business, which adds irony since his restaurant looks like an uninviting prison cafeteria compared to the Krusty Krab.
