As a beginner with my son in this hobby, I'm finding your videos to be hugely educational. Keep up the good work and videos. We just bought a Traxxas TRX4 kit and will be adding the Tactical Body. We're doing it all from the bottom-up, and am excited to get to the finished product this winter since it's too cold to be outside with these toys in Minnesota!
Awh that's great Chris! What an experience for your son to build the truck with Dad and to get an understanding how it all goes together and works. Really happy for you and your son Chris. Let us know how it goes, and if you need anything...

I just bought the Fazer MK2 NSX. Love it! Awesome the way it is but still converting to brushless! lls
I just got the Audi and I'm doing the same thing.
I just ordered the last one NSX lol I cant wait
I just bought the nsx version today. Going from my 6s v4 typhon to this, it’s much slower but it’s not slow. Run a 2s and it gets up decently for being a brushed set up. Not too powerful to completely over come tire grip. I will upgrade to brushless when this motor dies but not until then. Quality is awesome and for the entry price, I’d say go for it.
Brushed motors can be fast. I have a brushed motor in one of my touring cars and it goes 70+ mph
@@SnarkyRC what brand is that motor
@@MEMOBPHOTO Team Orion 8 turn
@@SnarkyRC thank you now i can buy it
@@SnarkyRC dam! How?
I was so excited when I unboxed the Acura nsx version
Have you done a review of the nitro version of the same, the kyosho fw-06?
Got the R8 before New Years & I’m having a blast so far. Great recommend 👌
I just put some Fazer black Kyosho rims on my tamiya Neo Scorcher and the quality is awesome.
"time out, i made a little boo boo"
Wow they r beautiful...i love the chevelle way more tho my dream car....maybe one day i can get a used 1 that works
I like the Acura NSX a little bit more. The 1st gen Audi R8 looks better than the 2nd gen Audi R8.
Great review and nice table bongos Brett.
Some good looking models
Great info! Looks like two sound kits👍👍
Thanks Dude Nice JOb Nice Car like Your Team Great Job again Buddy
great video could I put my infraction motor in my fazer?
No, it's probably too small... Go big or go home!
-Brett
thanks bro
Sorry, I thought you were joking. The Fazer are only 1/10 scale, so they will not fit the larger 1/7 scale motor found in the Arrma Infraction.
-Brett
Nice review, love ur videos
Have you ever done a review on the Traxxas Tmaxx and Nitro E Revo ?
I’m going to purchase one but want to convert it to a brushless system. Can you recommend the parts required to make the conversion? Thanks....
You bet Dan. I'd go with one of these Hobbywing XR10 Combos; www.amainhobbies.com/search?s=Hobbywing+XR10+Justock+Sensored+Brushless+ESC%2FSD
Just pick the motor turn you want (10.5T fastest; 25.5T slowest). These XR10 ESC's are really small, which you need because the space is so tight in this chassis. Kyosho also mounts the receiver sideways next to the ESC; that may need to be relocated. You will most likely need to gear down on the pinion gear with a faster motor, but it's a bit of trial and error after feeling how hot the electronics get, so it is hard to recommend a particular size. The Fazer MK2 chassis comes with 32T pinion installed; with a faster motor, 31, 30 or 29T may be more appropriate, but it's a bit of trial and error. The pinion's are 48 Pitch (48P) by the way. Here are 48P pinions; select the size from the drop down below the price. Hope this helps.
-Brett
Are there better Pinyan( I use talk to text ) gears to use to make it faster without upgrading anything
Jus bought the drift supra i love it
Dumb question. But could we put led headlights and taillights on these?
I think you could make it work. The bodies do not come with integrated LED holders, but I think you could get crafty and make it work.
-Brett
Hi.. im plannin to go for max power 7.4v, 6000mah, 150c.. is it okay? And safe? Lol.. newbie here
That that should be fine. You should get a lot of power from 150C and a lot of runtime from 6000mAh. Have fun.
-Brett
Are the diffs steal?
They're metal gears.
-Brett
How about a 1969 Daytona charger and 1970 superbird
Great review...
Can someone check if 12mm hex wheels fit onto the Fazer Mk2 cars?
Yes it does
R they made in Japan or China?
The country of origin in our system says Japan.
-Brett
@@AMain_Hobbies Thanks Brett
Can they drift
guys help me decide: nsx or audi ??? i love the audi, but nsx is also seriously sick. i really cant choose. leave a comment!
Have you seen the Hellcat? www.amainhobbies.com/kyosho-ep-fazer-mk2-2015-dodge-srt-challenger-hellcat-readyset-purple-kyo34415t1b/p859444
-Brett
They should have shipped this with a brushless as standard. My buggy out speeds these...
He looks like the guy from the Sandlot 🤔
Lololol one of my favorite movies
Here is my biggest fear, i get this car and a year later its discontinued online at amain. UUUUUgh. I want in on a platform that will have longevity/part support. Can anyone say this will?
I can't guarantee anything, but Kyosho keeps their vehicles for years typically. This vehicle doesn't have many unique part either, as left right share much of the same, so it's not a big parts list.
-Brett
@@AMain_Hobbies Thanks Brett, I've just been burnt lately with the Arrma Nero, Dromida 1/18 Rally, Thunder Tiger Bushmaster, and now most likely the Helion Avenge. If i keep buying hobby grade RC cars and end up with no part support, they become pretty much worthless. Not a great investment.
@@cl-audio322 Do you still have the Helion Avenge?
@@williamperri3437 Unfortunately no, traded it because I got into crawlers. Haven't really bashed much. It was a great rig!
Team Associated makes the Rival MT which is basically the Helion but the body doesn't look nearly as good and the tires I don't like as much. Anyway, enjoy crawling!
Thats a lot of money for a car that goes 25mph! WOW darn Tariffs...
25 mph is actually decent.
@John Lujan Sure they are.
@John Lujan I'm not driving my vehicules in rainy condition too, good decision.
yema
