Just came back from Cape Coral to Ft Worth and back with a jog through Arkansas so I could experience those rare things we Floridians call Curves. Enjoy the ride.
Awesome Rembo, have a great ride & ride smart. 1 tip I can recommend is, use shopping bags as your water proof containers in each of the panniers. That way, your contents stay dry. Next time, get Ventura pannier liners for each pannier. Do you lose a bit of space? Not really. Prefer dry over wet contents loose all over the place.
Nice one rembo, thanks for sharing that man , safe travels and I I’ll do a sun dance man, we got webbed feet here in the uk… all it’s done is rain since about last September to now … and it’s still raining waaaay more than normal like 3 x times as much over the past 6/7 months .. anyway have fun man
Safe travels. Being from Scotland we know rain, but the rain I saw from last time was very impressive 😉🏴. I’ve just picked up my Multi RS and have gone for the Road 6 tyres for exactly the reasons as yourself. Have a great time getting to and at COTA.
Hey brother! Ride safe/rubber-side-down! I’m jealous and wish I was there. Hopefully, ‘25 is my year! If you need anything, just holla! Enjoy and Salute!
Planning is everything. 💯 out of 💯 to you on this front. You’ve covered everything possible 👍 Have a super safe ride to COTA and back my friend. Enjoy the races, will be catching the races live on TV. Let’s see if the King of COTA can weave his magic on the Ducati this year. Cheers
Hey Rembo! Great video as always and thank you! Yup, nothing better than planning a motorcycle trip! Do you prepare a spreadsheet detailing stops and where you will spend the night? I found that useful given the distances between gas stations out west. Also, I like to camp on my travels and I don't like having the uncertainty of finding a camp ground as the day comes to a close. But, that's me! Anyways, good tips, especially your Insta 3 set up as I am in the full on learning process! Take care and I am looking forward to hearing more! Ride safe brother!
Hey Dave, how are you? I don’t really ever schedule anything for these trips. It’s all based on weather and how I feel. Some days I do over 700 miles and other days I cut it off after 600. Today was only a half of a day because I got out of work early and I did 512 miles.
Hope your trip was more enjoyable than you planned for, lots of fun. Question, if you had to do the same trip with either the Street fighter V2 or the Hypermotard 950 SP , which would you choose ?
Not sure if you know, but Ducati is offering a free replacement of the smart phone holder which has a built-in fan. They didn't bother to tell anyone, but if you ask your dealer, they will order you one under warranty - one caveat, the dealer needs to install, and while the part is free, you have to pay for the install and programming. (they won't just give you the part to install) I just had mine done and my dealer (who I've purchased 6 bikes from over the years) discounted the labor so it was just over $100. Secondly, I'm disappointed to hear that the panniers aren't watertight. I've had 4 BMW's (R1200RT and 3 K1600's) with panniers and they are solid, lock/unlock with the remote and are watertight. Don't know why this was an afterthought with Ducati on the Multistrada. SMH. Lastly, I'm heading out soon to COTA - see you at Ducati Island! Ride safe!
Yeah, I think they did the phone holder last year, and I opted not to change it. For me it wasn’t worth the cost of the labor and the dealer was unwilling to give me the unit. See you atCOTA.

You've turned it into a MTS V4S!
Minus the heated seats and 19” front wheel, and a few more things. It’s a Multi! Lol

I have a feeling that Mr. Marquez will do well at COTA
Imagine the pandemonium if MM wins 😅
Davide Tardozzi will have a heart attack and Gigi’s beard will have holes in it 😂

Do you have a link for your Garmin mount? That doesn’t look like the Evo most are using. Safe travels have fun!
I’m on the road traveling, but I am pretty confident. I did a video about it with the brand.
What kind of garage flooring do you have? I like the red squares.

@@RemboUSMC Where can I find it?
Be safe.
Thank you
Hey rembo. am I crazy or did I see you walking through a park in Florida in front of the "paint the Trump" crowd?
No. Not at all. I’m not even sure what that is.
