    Wow Matthias… this video is so much in a nutshell.. thank you so much.. it resonates sooooo much with me, I am in that place, I have felt so many times that I am back to square one, even though I knew I was not.. the fear would creep in..
    Everything you have said is absolutely on point and so helpful for so many of us..

This square 1 believe can feel so real at times, but now we've have the opportunity to create new beliefs about it, yes it might still feel unpleasant at times, but deep inside we know it's just one of the last attempts of the brain to protect us. You got this😘☀️

    Thankyou so much for this video Matthias. I have been making progress with this work but still having quite a few setbacks when under emotional stress. This video was really soothing and reminded me these setbacks are a part of recovery. Hopefully the sensitisation will decrease with time & practice

      @@AuntAugusta Hey Stacy, thank you! Why not taking it one step further? Instead of hoping the symptoms to leave, see them as a practice opportunity. By doing that you take the pressure off yourself and also you give less attention. This shift will do miracles. ❤️🌸
