    For those who are saying it can cause kidney stones. I wanna say that anything which can be consumed more than we need, we will definitely get some health problems. "TOO MUCH OF ANYTHING IS GOOD FOR NOTHING" we should not drink this juice in daily basis, drink once a week or two days a month for detox. These people don't question when someone promotes soft drinks or promotes chemical based medicine. You have to take everything in moderation. Even if you are in a weightloss journey and tend to avoid carbs and eat only protein, you will eventually develop cardiovascular disease, liver and kidney problems and so on. But in correct amount we will get lot of benefits. Nothing in the world is perfect. Remember that! But avoiding plant based foods just to satisfy your desire is too much. There should be Balance in everything.

  • @rationalexistence
    @rationalexistence Год назад +288

    Detoxifying is a myth. Your body is a self cleaning mechanism. If this wasn't true , you would have died in a day as the waste is toxic. We got kidney and liver to detoxify and throw waste. Also if you are drinking juice you are missing on fibre which is essential for gut bacteria and maintain healthy digestion. Recently an Australian cricketer jumped on this bandwagon of green juice energy and died due to Electrolyte imbalance and lack of macronutrients. Essentially all vegetables and fruits are 80-90 % water and rest nutrients are more or less. Eating them will get your fibres but not all vitamins and minerals. Take a balanced diet with carbs fats and proteins that would help more. You've survived uptil your age just by eating what your mom fed you and you can live longer without any juice or anything. You can add juices on top of balanced diet but this pulling waste and detox is a big lie. I doubt these people glorify anything green juice as bolly celebs and pick trends from west to woo us. There is no superfood if you consume that alone. You have to eat everything in a balanced quantity. My sister is a nutritionist and she says people find balanced diet boring and they want something fancy to try. Also for weight loss fitness is a journey not a milestone!

There is so much misinformation being peddled in the name of ancient vedic science/Indian life style, not to mention people who have even started prescribing medicines with no credentials.
    Please only look at influencer content as a form of entertainment. For actual health advice- mental or physical, visit a professional.

There are very few vegetables that can be eaten raw but others should be cooked so the anti nutrients break and it's easy for our liver and other organ to digest it. Ash guard (Safed Petha) helped my husband clear his fatty liver … he has has medicals done very regularly so we did Sonography before starting Petha Juice and after 6 months of continuing Petha Juice Detox !
    Petha juice First thing in the morning and eat nothing for next 2 hours … till approximately 6 months and his Grade 1 Fatty liver reduced to almost negligible size 😊

      @@MrDheeraj12345 why are you curious? My comment doesn't suggest/ advise anything medicine related. Also what is "this"? Their "solutions" and unauthorised programmes are about weight, lifestyle, cancer prevention, mental health. So effectively making them (self) qualified to talk about nutrition (the job of a nutritionist), general health (physician), cancer treatment (oncology), psychiatry and spiritual healing. The better question is, why is there any defense for them? Just because the reels are cut well and their accents are terrible, which makes them relatable to most of India?
      Is that enough for everyone to gamble with their health?

    • @Avinash-pd5kw
      @Avinash-pd5kw Год назад

      Its the colonial mindset that doesn't let us believe somebody without any certificate. It is a fact that the Allopathy can't cure disease like cancer, whereas Naturopathy and Ayurved can, but, since there isn't any validation from English speaking White Masters, we won't accept and promote them. Instead, we oppose them. We have developed a mindset that if something is not coming from someone who is wearing white coat with stethoscope that can't be authentic and trustworthy, whereas they (Allopathy related), never take the responsibility and give guarantee for any kind of treatment they are going to perform on you. They will make you sign for even a minor surgery that we won't be responsible for the consequences and even a physician won't give you guarantee for the treatment keeps on changing the medicine one after another (mind the side effects also). So yes, we choose to listen to everyone who has anything to say and we can decide for ourselves whether to try that or not as an Ash guard will not harm me in any way.
