I became a fan of this series about no more than a month ago. Sure enough, midohio was on the schedule this year. I had the best time. Perfect weather and great first racing experience. These MX5s are shockingly loud in person. Quite a bit louder than the GT and prototypes even. If you guys come back to midohio again I’ll be sure to catch these cars again. This time with a weekend pass most likely.

For some strange reason the NBCSN broadcasts cut Shea’s commentary out entirely and have Hindy re-narrate the entire race solo, forcing him to feign excitement over a race he already knows the outcome of. Before you ask, I don’t understand the logic either. It’s dumb as hell.
So that explains why there isn't 45 commercial cuts with that obnoxious NBCSN theme song. Hope they stay out of these uploads and Shea stays in. Thanks for the explanation.

So anyone who doesn’t have a TrackPass subscription on NBC Sports Gold is doomed to wait for these butchered replays to be released to RUclips.
So freaking good to see Rollan Bounce back from the previous race he damaged his car in and cost him an undesired outcome. Seems like such a cool dude, he looks like a giant when he gets out the little miata btw 😂

Race 1 was fun. Just got done with race 2. Filthy dump by Sam Paley. Absolutely shameless. He's got talent, but no restraint. He was trying really hard to get around that 38, he wouldn't come out of the weekend looking like a twat. Great driving by Thomas.
@@kevinp3979 understandable but you've got to admit this isn't the first time he's been in this situation, gaining or maintaining position by means of crossing the line between racing and ramming.
@@kbbl102.5 The 38 rammed him earlier and was not penalized because Sam had car control and did not spin. You should see the hit which was one of few from the 38 in the in-car video. How many times should the 28 get rammed over and over. If his ECU had not failed he would have been no where near mid-marker cars and avoided this nonsense. 38 hits the 28 multiple times no ramifications. The 28 hits the 38 once in what seems to be a brake check by the 38 and get called out..seems not quite right.
