Paused the video at 2:10. Went to my tinder convo's and scrolled to the first messages I received and started categorising them. Todd is ON THE BALL here. Literally only 4 categories. Whats cool, is now that I could distinguish/categorise the text received, I already knew where I stood. 2 minutes of this video has already improved my text game.

Truth! I speak for myself when I say I would rather hear a man's voice on the phone versus seeing a text-aside from the person taking initiative to pick up the phone and standing out from everyone else using text (as main mode of communicating), certainly makes him stand out from other possibilities I may have at my disposal. So glad Todd's back. I don't really feel the need to watch PUA videos at this point but it's always nice to get Todd's opinion. I've never had a moment with one of his videos thinking to myself "wait what? wtf that's bullshit?", probably because it's always presented in a very simple and logical way. It helps you deal with the situation by understanding it first and then reacting to it so it can easily apply to a wide variety of scenarios.
Anyway, thanx Todd, with your content I feel I can be completely non-needy in my relationships knowing your ideas and techniques are available and will definitely help me out any time I need them.

That's the easiest environment. All you have to do is show you have high value (bulletproof game) and that's it. Most girls in uni/college are focused on school, don't want a LTR, and just want to get laid, and are waiting for a non-creep. That's it. If you have an apartment (not residence/shared dorm), your SMV increases one point, if you can handle weak shit-tests and wear any thing other than sweat pants and a university-logo hoodie with hangover hair, you will get laid.. You don't have to have a house, a high paying career, dress sharp, etc. And you're in an environment full of thousands of women who are either approaching or are currently in their SMV peak (22-25). It doesn't get easier than that. Good luck.

Oh man this is the best thing that i've seen in the last 15 months. Im absolutely thankful on you because im a beast in game after years practicing but i've been stucked on the texting stuff. Actually my game lately has become a "i pull this girl tonight or never" because my text interactions doesn't move forward but i see everything clear to the past with this guideline. It's very sad to lose girls that you really like because you dont know how to game them by texting.

Texts are just words and they have no tone of voice. You can’t really tell exactly what the other person means unless you know them well and even then they could mean something different. This is cuz when people read something, they usually translate it how they would say it. So really a text has only the emotions you imagine for it.

For the first time I see some useful content on pickup.
I remember trying to read LoveSystem's Magic Bullets a while ago. And the Approach - Transitioning - Attraction - Qualification - Comfort - Seduction pyramid make sense. But the book itself barely explains anything, except the concepts. And their book of "pick up lines", only explains stuff till qualification, and expects you to figure out comfort and seduction yourself.
Same with a lot of other pick up books. They stay very vague about the specifics.

A lot of guys struggle on the silent treatment - I agree that sending something funny and light hearted and not being too invested is the best approach. Never mentioning anything serious about the situation. The girl is trigger-happy on that de-friend or block button in the silent treatment the second it's called out. Leaning in the mindset of "interest hasn't grown yet" is helpful but also keeping cards open.

I personally don't like texting (I'm old). I prefer to make plans over the phone. I once had a girl say to me "what are you doing now? Why don't you come over to my place?". Skipped the whole date part. Zing!

Texting is more comfortable for the most of us. And the risk of personal rejection isn't there. It's the easy way out. If you really got balls, you'll just call her and from that moment on you can clearly read her interest level if you pay attention to it. I mean come on, women are not dumb. If you ask them for their number, they know exactly you're trying to go out or hang out with them in the future. I'd recommend to call her and if she's not picking up once, try it again (after a few days). And if she's not picking up again, then guess where her interest level is. The phone is for setting dates and not for being her male gay girlfriend and chatting over WhatsApp and hesitating to get to the point. Why would you waste your time ?

Agreed. Before I retired from dating (aka got married), I tried for making plans over the phone 90% of the time (unless I was getting clear signals she hated talking on the phone). I was surprised at how often women would say that the fact that I called, in and of itself, made me refreshingly original. In most cases, this just allowed my personality and confidence to shine through as opposed to having to go through all these fragile steps. I still think texting is a critical part of the whole thing to develop a flirty environment with her, but I guess my point is that there's some room for deviation with the tail end of his 4 categories. All that said, this is such a good exercise to learn how to figure out where you're at with her and respond intentionally.
