- Texting is not mysterious. There are specific rules you can follow to ensure you're not sending "bad" texts. The difference between "good" and "great" texts is another matter, but this video will eliminate the most common mistakes.

Texting women feels like navigating a giant maze where one wrong turn and you fail, without exception. Their expectations for a text conversation is generally stupid.
Women have way too many options. One slip and they think "Next!".

It’s the opposite. Just by you writing this says something about you. At the highest level, you do whatever you want with zero attachment or validation seeking. Maximum intention, complete detachment.
Just by having your life in order, talking to an abundance of women, and having a life purpose which consumes 90% of your attention. You can drop the game completely because you’re going to do everything right organically.
Not only that, but your confidence will slowly snowball as you stack small wins, but with women and with life in general. The more that happens, the less thought you’ll need to put into this stuff because you’ll no longer be faking it.

@@thomass07. I keep my phone on airplane mode while I work. Many times even while I'm just walking around with my dog. Not only that, I have good male friends that take hours to message me back. Can't use telepathy to know where/what the person is doing. 5-10 minutes is way too strict

Todd, you are right! Texting is NOT the best form of communication. However, nowadays we live in a world where texting has become the norm. Women, however, want to get a phone call from a man because it shows he is not scared to call her and doesn't want to 'hide' behind texts. Most all women, regardless of their age, still are little girls at heart. If you had a young daughter, would she feel better if you texted her, or if you actually called her and she heard your voice, asking how you are doing, and so on? I would say the latter is better.

My take take on this and life in general;
Be authentich and treat others as you want to be treated.
Don't be manipulativ and strategic but honest and direct on what you want and feel.
Let all expectations go and just flow with it and just experience the ride.
Be aware and learn deeper who you are along the way. Change and grow to a better version and to get closer to your true self.
This way there is nothing to lose and you will always win.
Some people might think these are all too complicated and with a girl it's either on or off, but you have to remember that Todd is all about playing to win, not playing to play. You don't know if a girl will sleep with you or not depending on how long she's taking to text, she may very well be playing her own game. You lose nothing but a little bit of time by doing the best you can. If all else fails then use your own judgement and cut things.

In East Asia for example, things are very different when it comes to texting.

From my experience texting is:
- to set up a face-to-face date
- to remind her why she liked you, that you are cool.
Texting is for info and setting up dates, not for conversations(at the initial stages, and also sometimes at later ones)
She can be in any scenario and state while receiving, reading or responding to your text.
She can even be receiving it in a bad mood, leave it, then read it in a chill mood and find it cool, maybe respond, and then, on a second rounds of texting,if you use it properly, she might be fully engaged horny and ready...
But you CANNOT know this, there fore you use Texting for those things - to remind her you are cool, that's why she gave you the number, to set the date and to do it in the shortest amount of text possible, not as a goal, but as a practical tool. Not sidetracking into chit-chat. You will talk on the date. Plus, tone, intonation, vocal inflections, facial expressions, body language... that's like 85% of your communication and power, so if you try using texting as a tool beyond it's purpose, in the context of someone knew... then you can fuck up in 85%+ of the times, even if you doing everything great - her real context when reading/responding, remember!
Yeah, you can have long and deep conversations and end up with a date, but why do that if you can do it in person and make sure that these 85% will be in your favor, minimum in your control and sight - being able to gauge her reactions and adapt.
Use text as a tool and creating a bridge between you and her to set up a date.
That's just a principle and as such you can use it however you like, but understanding it will allow you to use it optimally and efficiently.

I made all few mistakes with texting AFTER the first date. Had a girl over at my place for a drink, was a great convo but way too platonic. didn’t make a move, didn’t build tension or spike emotions enough. She pulled back and got quiet for 2 days after. Then texted twice after and she rejected. I felt so embarrassed but we all make these mistakes and this is the point of game is to laugh it off, learn from your mistakes, to improve and get laid, and to enjoy the process.
You made the fatal mistake of not trying to kiss her the first time. The girl wants you to at least make the move and show intention. She might decline, to look good, but she appreciates the effort. But if you got her to your place for a drink, the likelihood was that she was ready to have sex.
12:34 i sort of disagree with this rule but i absolutely understand the concept. What i’ve found works is when she replies shes on her phone answering messages its better to try and strike while she’s there and strike up a conversation, rather than become pen palls.
But it is about how you respond.
I actually agree with this. You have to strike a balance where you do respond quickly then, but you can’t have been responding quickly every time with the girl or then you’ll appear needy.

But then i quit texting her, because i reviewed what she initially texted in the beginning, saying: i am not ready for a relationship now. So from now on, i dont text her in the morning. One of my fav things to do is send a text saying "i hate when people send me a text message but call me right after" and then i call them right after sending it 💀 and then theough out my entire interactions with them i create an inside joke with that by saying ' i hate when people do this or that" and i do exactly that right after until she catches on to every single one and does that " AHHH YOURE DOING THAT THING AGAIN". Another favorite thing is ill say soemthing borderline disrespectful really lightly liek " i never did like you " and then theyll day " what?!" And ill say " i said your hair looks great today" and sometimes they'll just take the compliment confused but believing thats what i said until any other time she says " what?" I say again " oh i said your hair looks great today " and then one day or some point she'll go " YOU MFER! YOU DID NOT SAY THAT, HAVE YOU BEEN FUCKING WITH ME THIS WHOLE TIME?😂 WHAT HAVE YOU BEEN SAYING" .
This guy is a genius. If John Mulvihill wasn't so focused on trying to make his approach look superior and wasn't being such an asshole, we'd see there is a lot in common among the teachings. John is so busy trying to differentiate his methods that we miss the similarities with everyone else's teachings. Todd V is top of the game. Students find the teachers that resonate with them. One is not better than any other, just as we wouldn't say one finger on our hand is better than the others.

I think it's better advice then trying to over complicate texting. If she actually likes you she will want to meet up. If not no amount of texting judo is going to change her mind.
If she is interested she will text you back in less than a hour every time.. 24 hours is insane and you shouldn’t even waste your time

My biggest issue is that I'm naturally very awkward socially until I get to know someone VERY well.
I've watch enough of the texting stuff that with the advice plus the fact that I don't have to come up with something immediately I can send fun flirty messages and get them out.. but the dates don't go so well because I obviously don't have the same time , I have to come up with responses instantly

It’s really pretty simple. If my phone is in my pocket and I get a text, I read it and respond like a normal human being. If some girl thinks I’m “low value” because I’m being a normal person, she can pound sand.

I only do game in the evenings and over the past few months I have somewhat exhausted myself because the cost of success has been late nights and less sleep. Texting is the prime example of trial and error. My friends ask me how I got so good at it, and I always show them the endless pile of dead conversations in my phone.
The advice is great, but when you're sitting there thinking about your next response you'll unavoidably mess up, and you need to be ok with that.

What about saying "lol" or "haha." I tend to do that a lot, but it kind of feels like I'm cueing the girl to laugh, which of course is low value. But you also mentioned that emojis can disambiguate polarizing texts

General rule of thumb - never stay talking to only one woman.
If a woman takes 24 to 48 hours to respond or a week to respond, yeah I’ve already moved on deleted her number. I have a 48 hour rule I’ve learned from women if a woman is interested in you she’s going to take the 10 seconds or a minute to respond to you. Everybody’s got their phone up their ass today and there’s no excuse. She’s not interested if it takes her 24 to 48 hours to respond to a text message.

Once you two start having a conversation, give it 24 hours in between. If you have her cell phone number, I’ll give it 24 hours max. If she doesn’t like you all that much, too busy playing with other guys, or just an inconsiderate human being, take that as the biggest red flag in life.
