Thank you so much. Video i needed as i was going bit crazy trying to figure out why thread was looping. Thank you thank you thank you
I was struggling so much to fix top stitch but couldn’t do it finally checked your video and fixed it. Thank you 🙏🏻
Oh my goodness!!! Today I had this problem of tension too high on the top, and I was convinced that the top threading was the problem not the bottom. I searched for HOURS. Now I was about to call tomorrow morning the shop where I bought my Brother machine, didn'know if they were going to accept to repair my machine. Then I stumbled on your video, this one is a life saver! I realised that I was not putting my lower bobbin right anymore I was doing it my own way. I had to go back to Brother tutorials to do it right! Problem fixed!!!!!!! 🎉🥳💃
Also I love the biblical bonus 🙏
Thank you for showing me the exact issue I was having with my sewing, machine!
! God Bless You!!!
IF I COULD GIVE THIS VIDEO A MILLION LIKES I WOULD! i have been trying to figure out what was wrong with my machine for HOURS and the reason was because my bobbin thread was loose. thank you so much for this video! i was about to send my machine back before watching this! if you’re top thread is tight but your bottom thread is loose 9/10 this video will help. thank you again!
GOD BLESS YOU man , I was losing my mind trying to figure out exactly this problem. Thank you so much
GENIUS OMG you have saved my skin! To think it was that simple 🤦🏻♀️ thank you much!
THANK YOU FOR YOUR VERY VALUABLE AND MONEY SAVING VIDEOS..... AND FOR YOUR MOST PRECIOUS BIBLICAL NUGGETS!!...
Thank you so much!!!!! I am in the middle of sewing sew sturdy the ultimate travel bag and i was cringing at the idea of spending money to fix this. May God bless you abundantly.
I understand your angst, sometimes it cost more than the machine to fix the dang thing. Many times its just more cost efficient to chuck the old one and buy another one brand new!
Hi if I may ask, what if my bobbin is placed correctly but the top thread still isn't stitching? I have tried changing the tension but nothing helped. 😔
I have retreaded the machine countless times and never even knew the bobbin could be the issue. Thanks! Helped me a lot 😁
Thank you very much!! I got a used Brother at a thrift shop and guess I halfway expected it not to work. It was terrible! But after watching your video I decided to check yet again (with my glasses on this time) and sure enough it wasn't threaded properly. Thanks so much for giving that extra encouragement and advise that made me keep on trying. It sews perfectly now. I may even like it better than my current go-to machine.:)
thank you for this video i thought something was wrong with my new machine ! you saved me a trip down to the sewing shop ! thank you
Thank you very much this really helped after long hours of stuggling 😩

Thank you so much sir..🥰 its a big help for me... God bless u more...
Thank you so much! I was having the same problem, I'm so happy I saw your video.
You’re a life saver !! In the middle of making Christmas gifts , and this loop happens on top stitching ! Thank goodness I found you several months ago and subscribed ! You’re so good at this ... please keep posting so I can watch your videos 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 Thank you 😊! Hope you are doing well. Stay safe please ....our town may have to go to lock down. Neighbouring towns where they are full lockdown are driving to our town to shop, etc and causing our covid numbers to go up. Totally irresponsible people who can’t control themselves. Very selfish people.
Well, people on lockdown need to shop too, right? So instead of calling other people irresponsible how about you doing the responsible thing take all your precautions and hope for the best. Saying a prayer would also help; but complaining will not. Thanks!
THANK YOU!!!! I was so frustrated and this fixed it right up!
I’m having the same problem but with the bottom stitching?
Tjank you so much!
You have no idea how much headache you help me avoid.
God bless you!

Thank you so much! I have been struggling with this issue forever 😅
This video maybe 3 years old but it helped y problem with the bobbins tension and not being threaded right. Thank you!
Had the same problem, but finally fixed it. It was the same issue that you had on this video on my Babylock Jubilant.
Just watched the vid. Thanks for the possible solutions, my problem with the singer 4452 is that it just started leaving a loop usually towards the middle or end if the stitch???
Thank you
Thank you very much, I was about to drop the machine on the floor out of frustration as I thought I have done everything wright but still could not get it to sew properly. I now saw my mistake and the stich is prefect.
thank you much.
Wow this really helped thanks👍🏾
thankyou so much
I have a kenmore sewing machine. Model 385.16242 (which I can not find a manual for online). The problem is that thread bunches on the bottom after about 3-4 inches of sewing. It only bunches for about 3/8 of an inch and then it's fine, and then it bunches on a consistent basis. I have changed the thread, changed the needle, vacuumed it out, and checked the bobbin case for damage. But, I can't see what's wrong. It is going to cost me over a hundred dollars and I will not get my machine back for months. Any idea at to how I could fix this this problem without bringing it in for repair?
Mind blowing, thank you.
I got the trivia right :) now, I will try to fox the bobbin - thanks.
This video was super helpful
Thanks was really helpful
Hi I can’t figure out what is going on with my brother machine it works great with all fabrics but stretch I just don’t know any Thoughts
Hi! I found you via Andy Tube. Good vid, I'm learning a lot of good info about sewing machines.
Thanks!
Thank you so much for the video. It helped a lot.👍
Thank you very much
I’m so glad I found this video! All the websites I searched said to just loosen the upper thread tension but that wouldn’t work for me, I thought it was weird my bottom thread had no tension but I didn’t know why so thank you so much!
Thank you i have never pay attention to rhat picture .... and i just bought it 2 weeks a go
And feel like crying what is wrong with this new machine
Thank you!!! It worked
Oh my Goodness. Thank you so much.
Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. Problem sloved and so easily solved. Loved your biblical question and answer too. :) :) :)
thank you so much this is my exact problem.
It worked. Thanks 😊
Thanks you didn't know I was treading my machine wrong all these time
Thank you. Just what I needed 👍🏼
Yu saved me. Thank you
I was hoping that would fix mine but it didn’t. I threaded the bobbin like you said but it still comes out and pulling straight off the bobbin and leaving loose thread on top
Look at the check spring, see if it is good
@@SewingMachineRepairGuy yes the spring is good. I just went back and watched the video again and I did notice about the bobbin keeps jumping as you explain that it can. After several times trying to redo the bobbin the correct way, it finally worked. With the bobbin thread jumping, will that cause the thread to break also sometimes? And I also just want to say thank you so much for answering me back. It has been very frustrating trying to figure it out and you have helped so much.
🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 you saved my life🙏🙏🙏
thanks for ur advice i have top looping now i know how i do i just bought 1 week ago i m in tension
Can you show us on a front load bobbin? Thanks and blessings to you
This is happening to me with my vintage singer 327k. Is this applicable for modern machines only? Can I try this with my vintage sewing machine?
omg thank u soo much🥰🥰🥰
Hi, i have fixed my bobbin placement to follow the diagram. But after i sew, the problem occured again. The thread from bobbin came right off the bottom through the fabric. Can you help me to fix this re-occurence?
Omg!! Thank you. I was about to cry!
Thanks
hey i have this issue but it's on the bottom and and not the top , im not sure how to fix it
Thanks bro
subscribed thank you!
I have the same problem, but I don’t have a drop-in bobbin machine. I have a Singer Tradition 2227 and the bobbin is inserted differently. How do I fix the problem with the bobbin now?
There's a screw on the bobbin case that can be tightened. Small turn to the right to tighten.
Rose Paul Thank you!
I have an older Kenmore , The thread is bird nesting on the bottom, what can I do to correct this
How do I fix this issues on a vintage black Head sewing machine
Omg thank youuuu
Hello hello, my machine still not stitching well and it’s some problem with what you described
Mine too
Thank you so much for your explanation! I had this exact problem with the bobbin but im not an experienced sewer so I was clueless and sure enough, I did what you did to my bobbin and wala, sewing perfect. And thanks for the the bible trivia question.
I have an embroidery machine and I have the opposite problem. My thread is looping and not tight on the top. I've increased and decreased the tension from one end to the other. I adjusted the bobbin tension and still it isn't sewing correctly. The other three needles stitch fine.
Question.... why do I keep losing my top thread . I sew , I cut , I leave a tail . I place fabric , lower presser foot , start to sew , top thread is gone ?????? I'm so frustrated ! It's a Brother...HELP
Do you fix industrial machines? I have a Pfaff 1245 and the top thread is way too loose. Thank you! PS. I liked your question of the day.😊
If you have the same problem with the bottom stitch? Please help.
Thank you so much been struggling with my machine for days. So when I use the cut thread feature it seems to go wonky. I guess I won’t be using the cut feature. Thank you again.
I was struggling with this problem and I end up buying a new machine again. But the problem was same. Today I realised that I was wrong not the machine🤣🤣. Thank you so much
Aaaaaaaaa Thank youu soo much
Thank you. My bobbin was not inserted correctly. ❤
I’m having the opposite problem. My topstitch looks great, but the bobbin thread is so loose I can pull it out with the slightest tug.
I have a drop in bobbin. I tightened the tiny screw on the bobbin case, but no results. I’ve threaded and rethreaded over and over.
What’s strange is that the machine was working great last week. The only thing I did was change to a zigzag, and then back to a straight stitch.
Do you work on sergers
COME LEARN WITH ME
Tons & tons of thanks ….. I was going crazy & depressed , frustrated & what not …. Now I just got it right . Hope I can sew something from now on
My thread gets stuck in the first drop. I am not sure how to get to that spot.
I am struggling with the needle tat is stopping going down to see.
Why is it also bunching the fabric?
that didn't help me. how else can we fix the tension on the bobbin?
Toptenchion and bobbintenchion..need match..or stiches got bad..👍🤔
Your phone camera really is detailed
THANK YOU...God Bless You ! I enjoy your videos ! I have been sewing for years & now learning so much more about my machine problems.
I still having problems with the upper stitch and I love the trivia question! Jesus is the Lord!
How about if the top looks great but bottom has loops
🎉🎉❤
So glad I found this video of after 5 hours of trying to figure out why my stitches are doing this. Question: my thread keeps jumping out of the thread guide. How do I fix that?
I have the same machine. It was working fine the first time, but now it has the same problem. I rethreaded the bobbin many times but the bobbin thread is stil loose.
Could possibly be the thread you are using, make sure it isn't the cheapest thread on amazon. Also, it could be the bobbin tension too loose.
That did not resolve the problem for me
