- Everything Residential works with a client and there architect on building a complete bathroom to create another master suite in the house. There are only 2 bathrooms per household in the entire neighborhood, so they hired us to change that.

Probably tear up concrete, That’s how plumbing works
Very good video. I am wondering if 2 skilled guys would do this project from start to finish all included, how many days in labor would you consider this would take? Thank you
It would take a total of 20 days of labor. If 2 guys took this entire project on by themselves. From foundation prep to painting.

How much was this project including blueprints
Would you suggest doing this yourself? Without getting a permit/inspector?
If it’s my forever home than I personally wouldn’t because I build everything to code anyways. However it’s always best to permit the project because when you go to sell your house the buyers agent won’t have a reason to lower the cost of the house.
