- WE ARE ON THE BORDER OF GILBERT AND CHANDLER ARIZONA WHERE WE ARE BUILDING A CASITA FOR OUR CUSTOMERS DAUGHTER. IN THIS CASE, ITS WAY MORE AFFORDABLE FOR THE HOMEOWNER TO BUILD A CASITA FOR HER DAUGHTER THEN IT IS TO PURCHASE A NEW HOME. ARIZONA GOVERNOR JUST PASSED A LAW ALLOWING CASITAS TO BE BUILT ON ANY ZONING. REALLY EXCITING FOR US BECAUSE WE LOVE BUILDING CASITAS! THIS IS PART 1 AND PART 2 IS COMING SOON.
TRUSES ARE BEING DROPPED OFF TOMORROW AND FRAMING BEGINS ON MONDAY.

There goes the neighborhood!
Hey guys nice work , I seen some of your videos and learn so much , my question is about the casita, I live in Pinal County and wanna get a casita build on my property, No HOA but on a shared well, any idea if I'm gonna have any problems with the County and with the shared well ? I'm on 2 acres. Thanks
No rebar in that foundation?
Must just rely on the fiberglass additive
Great video!
I would bet for those who never sell up to bigger homes have flooded the market with Casitas

If the primary home foundation is post to tension slab does the casita need to have one as well? Thanks
@@chrisd5383 no, you can do whatever you want. Most post tension slabs are poured due to soil conditions or so builders can prevent doing crack repairs with drywall
Does the casita drain get T’d into the main home drain?
@@chrisd5383 yes, for this one it actually gets tied into the clean out in the front yard
@@everythingresidential easy enough thanks
What is the going rate per sq foot on casita builds?
