- This week I travel to Wichita, Kansas to introduce you to Mo, owner of "Mo's Shop" a Porsche repair shop where my 1987 944 Turbo is undergoing it's maintenance.
While there we run in to Euroasian Bob, who I am certain at this point must be stalking me.

Nice! My 85 944 has almost 300k bought a 1.5 years ago for a grand and been repairing it since!! Put about 5 k on it!! lol Definitely a learning curve!!!

Ex boss in a 99 924 which was called the fastest 2 litre car on the road
Takes me to lunch , 100 mph on a bend and the road is being repaired
Skids it right up to the traffic lights sideways on granite chips and a foot from the guy

AMEN….cars need to be driven to be truly appreciated. As a car enthusiast and a pilot it saddens me when i see a car or plane in a museum, especially if it is capable of working. By the same token though i would not like seeing them abused. 👍👍
The 928 is still one of my favorite Porsches and I met a guy that had a silver one just the one shown in here. Lucky guy bought it off of eBay for $5k that was sitting in a garage for years. Lucky son of a gun.
One of my favorites as well. They are finally starting to get the love they deserve!

Thanks Brian, I've loved the 928 front first sight. A buddy had an early 924 when he worked for Boeing. I've never understood the difference between the 924 and 944 as kids kept me from cars for years.
Thanks for watching. Actually, the 924 and 944 are fairly similar.
I think if I were to do it all over again, I would've become a Porsche or Ferrari mechanic.
