Static X was one of the 1st bands I listened to that my wife actually liked when I met her 20 years ago. We were pretty upset like most fans when we found out Wayne had passed away, so were super stoked for the new album!!! :)

I know this may not mean much to you, but hearing new music with Wayne since his passing is so meaningful to me. You guys have no idea. I fucking love Static-X.
I for one am very excited to own and hear every song on the new album. It's a total shame Static-X is not doing a full blown U.S. tour as Tony Campos announced. El Paso,TX is a must tour stop. Also include cities that Static-X performed in 2009 before the band split up because of Tera Wray Static. #EPTX915
Not enough cash to do a full tour, plus it won't return what could be spent on it.
I can't believe I missed this! Two of my favorite bands Static X and DevilDriver together and I dont see it till 3 years later.
The new guy sounds almost like Wayne. Got his mannerisms down and everything.
The only guy i know whos hyper and can sing and play every instrument while bouncing around and can sound like static is leo from frog leap studios but the chances of it being him are slim to none

I’m calling it now: Edsel is taking lead vocals for Static-X. Watch the end of the video again. Listen to the voice. Watch his movements. He moves and sounds just like Edsel. Who’s got another opinion? Because I’m nerding out hard on this.

I did a meet and greet with him few years ago. Got on the topic of static x. I told him he would be the only guy to do justice in covering a song of theirs. Then Edsel said he would love to try and do Push It and Bled for Days. Now that their is a tour and hes with them, I can see him pulling double duty because he always kills it live

Well the man in a mask sure does look like Edsel. He is thin, black haired and his face looks like Edsels even behind the mask. But listen to Push It 2019 version. It doesn’t sound like Edsels voice at all. I hope we will all know the truth at the start of the tour👌🏻

Just saw the guys in Melbourne at the Croxton Bandroom - holy hell they didn't lose an ounce of power!!!! What a show!!!! Keep on rocking - Wayne lives on in our hearts and in the metal!! We will never forget Wayne and all the songs are classic AF! Really impressed by the performance - Thank you so much for gifting us with the 20th anniversary tour - you guys ROCK!!!

The metal world lost Wayne way too soon. Forget your Devin Townsend's, you're Powerman 5000, there can only be one Wayne. Nobody comes close to his style
that is true no one can replace Wayne Static but also nobody could replace Freddie Mercury or Scott Weiland but those bands found a way to not only honor the memory of those iconic lead singers but continue on. I like the whole mask thing and dressing like Wayne would. It will take away the sting of losing Wayne just a little.
Fun twist on your comment... the guy in the mask looks like spider 1 from Powerman 5000..I could be wrong though.. his neck looks a little bulky.. but his movements and his right ear matches, also forehead creasing matches up.. did some quick image comparisons..and remembered his movements from seeing them live..he was really "springy" ...he didn't do the bounce/bounce/spin thing in this video (if it's him)...that would have given it away...BUT without putting down or belittling any others...No one could ever replace Wayne!!!!

I think behind the mask is Edsel or ... Chad Gray. Sounds very good.
Chad can't scream very well anymore. He's getting a bit old and losing his voice. It's why Mudvayne got a lot more melodic and Hellyeah sticks more with rock.
