I dated a Laotian man back in 2009 and had the very rare privilege to eat this dish (except instead of buffalo, it was pig). Let me tell you, that bile is SOMETHING ELSE, and the fact that Sonny was able to really get it down really says something. It is a very strong, pungent taste and nothing you can ever prepare yourself for except just going in and eating it, lol. I really admire Sonny's ability to try new dishes, no matter how terrifying they may be!

I like raw blood in my soup. 2/3 soup add 1/3 blood its amaizing. The smell and the taste blend perfectly. With a lot of meat at the side and a special kind of pepper made by mixing raw blood and raw pepper until it's completely dark. It's good especially in cold weather

Fine dining in Thailand is outstanding. German, Italian, Chinese, Irish Pubs. McDonalds, KFC and Burger King deliver. Deliver-All services deliver for anything that doesn't. I lived there, in Chiang Mai, for 10 years and never got sick. Also never heard of shit soup...
