Once again Great work, ! Wanted to ask you about legal stuff, I made dji mini 2 views in the iles of visitation and Villeray, yet never yet in down town, can we fly drones near the dock or like Montroyal, west mount etc without problems ?
Micro drone flying is legal in Montreal, if you are careful and not reckless or negligent. The official TC guidelines: tc.canada.ca/en/aviation/drone-safety/learn-rules-you-fly-your-drone/find-your-category-drone-operation#micro-drones
I would add it's up to the land owner whether you can take off from their property or not, but once the drone is flying it's in the airspace and regulated solely by Transport Canada. I suggest to not fly too low where people can notice and be disturbed by the drone presence, like parcs and crowded places.
