Look no further than a pasta salad that satisfies all the needs of a cookout: meat, fat, vegetables and carbs. This is an easy make-ahead recipe that'll be sure to be one of the first sides gone.

    Grocery List:
    1 Box rotini pasta, cooked and washed in cold water
    Optional chicken stock to boil pasta in
    1 Celery stalk, diced
    3/4 Red bell pepper, diced
    1 Shallot, diced
    1 Bunch of green onion, diced
    3/4 cup Cherry tomatoes
    1/2 cup Grated parmesan cheese
    1 Pack of bacon, cooked and diced
    1 tbsp White sugar
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1/2 tsp Onion powder
    1/2 tsp Garlic powder
    1/2 tsp Celery seed
    1/4 tsp Black Pepper
    3/4 to 1 cup Mayo
    2 tbsp Olive oil
    1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
    Salt to taste

    This looks really good, pasta salad/macaroni salad fan
    If I use only the green parts of green onions, i'll slice the whites into inch-long segments, skewer them, rub it with a little oil s&p, and roast it over my stove like a marshmallow. Chef treat

    Finally got a smoker / non-propane grill (yay for Father's day!) so it's time for me to go revisit some of your classic / older videos! I love me some pasta salad and sides too, but it's meat smokin' time baby!
