I am trying to eat more plant based, and as a beginner, I really enjoy your recipes. Looks easy enough and a feast for the mouth as well as for the eyes. 😋

Easy but expensive for us
would this be good if it was packed in the fridge? trying to make this for lunch in the morning
Yes
"Easy right?"
Watching your video seems easy. I have to write down the ingredients n go market. At 60, not so easy task. 😂😂
I would skip green beans from my pasta. It just doesn’t go with pasta. I would put roasted Zucchini instead
No, you've wrong. Pasta must to be " aldente" only if it return on pan with sauce and cook all together one more time by moment. Then the pasta is done and not rare inside.
Interesting...why the yeast?
Late reply, but Nutritional Yeast was used here in place of traditional Parmesan because it has a very cheesy, tangy flavor! It's used in vegan dishes to replace any form and type of cheese, but usually cheddar like in mac n cheese. I'd definitely recommend trying it at least once!
@Jess Very helpful comment, thank you.I recently bought vegan cheddar cheese as I really crave a toasted cheese sandwich. However, I do not enjoy the taste.. I checked the comments before I purchased it with my online food shop, and it was positive, so it is me 🙈. (Recently started eating plantbased) Will adding nutritional yeast to the vegan cheese toasted sandwich make it taste better.
@@celestinevander4079 That's so sad, I'm sorry you didn't enjoy it. 😭 Vegan cheese is definitely not for everyone. It takes awhile to get over actual dairy products and stop associating that specific flavor of dairy with vegan ones. It might have been the brand, but you never really know! I think Nooch (NY) and vegan soft cheeses like feta, mozzarella, etc are the easiest to get used to since soft cheese tends to be less pungent. Nooch is a great start though, I have some super tasty recipes using it in place of traditional cheese for soups and casseroles if you'd like any inspiration! 💜
Also congrats on your plant-based journey! I hope everything goes smoothly and that you enjoy it! Just remember, progress over perfection is the way to go. 💜 There's no shame in starting small and going at your own pace.
@Jess Thank you so much for your lovely post. You are full of inspiration. I recently made a vegan lasagne where the RUclips recipte suggested adding nutritional yeast to the almond milk white sauce, and yes, it turned out really delicious.
I also purchased vegan mozarella cheese, which I have not tried yet, and after reading your thoughts, I definitely will. I am only 4 weeks into this new journey, and my body is loving it. Currently, I eat a lot of fruit, vegetables, salads, olives, sun dried tomatoes, houmous, and rye bread. However, sustainability needs planning, and I will be more adventurous in trying new vegan recipes. Thanks for the encouragement and for being so kind and thoughtful. Much appreciated. 💕
U forgot the parmesan ??? ...
Maybe if you read the name of the channel, PLANT based. Parm is not even vegetarian friendly since it contains animal rennet.
Need some cheese😊
