What makes In The Heights special, it's a joyful feeling of camaraderie to which everybody could relate to, as well as the sense of being home already, regardless of having a dream to be somewhere else.
I literally can't get over the dynamic between Sonny and Usnavi. They nailed it, especially with the choreography (the way Sonny reaches around Usnavi to add sugar to Benny's boss's coffee is *chef's kiss*).

@@PaeloWhatsNext pancienia y fe got me so much 😢😪😭😫💛
Please, PLEASE! If you love the movie, please I beg you to watch it/listen to the musical soundtrack because honestly the OG can’t be beat.
I love the OG too, but I think they did well in fitting it for the movie's direction!
Hey, I'm a very English WASP, and it blew me away! It's thrilling and beautiful, and worth every sob ,😂
Glad you enjoy it! You can see Lin;s influence in his story making as well as his future projects after In The Heights
It was a great movie so I understand the tears of joy
Thank you! :) I also correlate the happy memories when I watch the stage productions!
I’ve literally watched the 8 minute trailer about 15 or 29 times as well as all the interviews I could find with Lin and the cast
Definitely makes the whole experience better, especially because you know fun facts and you can point it out while you're watching :) No shame with that!
IT'S SO GOOD!!
On repeat!
I was sobbing too the first time I watched . You're so cute, I wanted to hug you sm
Virtual hug!
That was beautiful man
Thank you :)
Now just imagine a Hamilton or a 21 Chump Street Live Action film
Imagine! He is directing Tick Tick Boom so there's a start!
