It’s honestly real sweet because this is Lin’s first Tony award and what eventually put him in the path to Hamilton We wouldn’t have gotten Hamilton without In The Heights
I love how passionate he is about discussing his work. He remembers such intricate details about his state of mind writing this even though it was over 10 years ago.
Who here wants that CD with the 16 variations of Breathe? Also, who is buying that book that was sitting behind his shoulder the whole time the second it comes out??
Lin is a genius!!! I was lucky to see him play "Usnavi" on Broadway with the original cast. Now to see him 12 years later playing the Piragua Guy. You gotta love the passionate he puts into creating art of his own without even having to audition.

No literally, I've seen all the movies probably more than 50 times and the fact that he was able to recall that at the top of his head is wild af. I remember the scene but it would taken me a minute or so to just reference that so easy 😂
Lin-Manuel's way of describing each character and each scene and what went on to do this and who did what to accomplish what makes me feel like going back to NYC.
