They were still second best selling after ford with the shit interior last gen, so this should really pump their sales now with current gen and interior set up.
This is my dream truck. First thing I did on mine was add the GMC front and rear Brembo brake package and Borla cat-back exhaust with quad tips in gloss black. Hated the chrome HDMI port looking exhaust tips. The truck stops on a dime with the brake upgrades. Immediately swapped out the crappy Bridgestone Alenza highway tires for some Toyo Open Country AT/III that increased the ride quality, control and comfort dramatically. Next I added the OEM metal Under-Body Skid Shield Package to replace the cheap factory plastic one. Installed an S&W Cold Air Intake with the oil filter and this 6.2L engine breaths effortlessly and gets up real fast. Tip, put her in Sport mode with Auto 4-wheel drive engaged and it’ll rip off the line. Lastly, I removed the chrome lug nuts and replaced them with black chrome ones to match my black wheels. Much cleaner look and the wheels appear to float. At 6’5” this truck has plenty of legroom for me and I love the high height of the seating position. Only complaint is the seats are a little stiff and smaller compared to my previous Ram 1500 Laramie. The 6.2L engine does drink gas so get the Duramax 3.0L turbocharged diesel engine if you’re worried about the high cost of fuel.
I unloaded the 2020 GMC Sierras/Silverados off from the trains where they are transported from and I fell in love with them, but seeing this updated Sierra really makes me fall in love with this truck all over again. Definitely my dream truck.
I've owned f150s for the past 10 years, buying a new one every other year or so. I use sierras as work trucks. The ONLY reason I refused to buy one was the dated interior. With this refresh/update I finally purchased my first GMC. They nailed it imo. I love the truck.

I’m ok with standard size sunroof. You have to consider crash ratings and structural rigidity. These are important considerations. Just because other brands do something it doesn’t me GM has to follow. Pano sunroof also cuts into rear seat head room.
I'm hoping they'll make the move to this new style interior on the 2500/3500 trucks. Such a gorgeous exterior already, paired with this interior would be the best looking truck on the market.
I love the new interior! I do wish they would’ve put the ventilated rear seats and panoramic sunroof in the new truck though. And I actually like the exterior body style better on the pre-refresh model from 2019.
Yes! This is all I been waiting for this one and I gonna be praying that I will able to afford one of these pick-up trucks like this someday especially the color on this pick-up truck as well. Overall, excellent job and review sofyan.

Thanks for sharing!! I love everything about the Ultimate but, GM needs to use the lower front end trim of the AT4X instead of the full chrome trim. It would look 100% better with the Vader dark chrome. Thanks again, Great Job!! 👍
Sofyan please show vehicle light controls and other switches off to the left hand side of the steering wheel and the SOS and other buttons on the ceiling of the vehicle clearly. Make sure you cover these details on the next line-up of cars to come, Sofyan!!

@@XploreAz Smh. I wish the Denali Ultimate was an AT4 and Denali combined. The AT4X is sweet but that truck was also a bit of a letdown. They needed to make sure they beat the cheaper ZR2 in at least off-road capability but they didn't!
Glad to see GM making the Sierra a little more competitive outside of utility, paying Cadillac money for a slightly heavier Silverado was starting to be hard to justify
I mean you can buy a basic trim truck and they cost somewhere in the $30K range. I don't get this argument. They have all the different trim levels on almost every truck out there. Pick the one you want. This isn't the 80s where trucks drove like shit and could barely haul half the weight trucks do now. They are more of a work truck than ever before.
If 3500/350 come out would you ever go over those or recommend a channel that might talk about future news of those trucks. I pull a RV that’s to heavy for this
Fun fact. GM is actually number one in truck sells but because they split the models up amongst the internal brands (Chevy-GMC-Cadillac) each sell does not combine for total sells like the F-150.
I don't like that these automakers have gotten rid of CD players, many people have CDs, ( not Gen Xrs), but they're not the ones buying Silverado Denali's, back in the day, they phased out cassette players very slowly.
I want to know if you will be reviewing the all - new 2022 Nissan Rogue 1.5 turbo with 3 cylinder engine. I'm eagerly waiting for your review of that car
The panoramic sunroof will require a whole new chassis according to a GM engineer. The 2022 truck is just a very nice mid-cycle refresh. Mainly for the interior
This is a Sierra Denali Ultimate where's the speakers in the headrest because the Yukon Denali Ultimate has speakers in the headrest someone needs to look into this
So Sofyan is there an infotainment screen size that is too big for you? Every year it seams last years screen is now too small. If 3 years ago an 8” screen more than legible why do desire bigger and bigger screens? I do love your reviews but it just seems you harp on the usable screen size too much.
Leave it to gm to FINALLY give us a big 13.4" screen......but only can use like 8" of it. 🤣 I mean seriously, that card off to the right is useless, and sure would be nice to have full view camera on it.
