      Sanctification is NOT a process.
“By the which will we ARE sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.”
      Hebrews 10:10 KJV
Who are the just, the righteous, and the holy ones?
They are those who have received the perfect imputed righteousness of Jesus Christ by believing the gospel.
Anyone who has not believed is unjust, filthy,
and unrighteous and will stay that way until they believe the gospel.
“He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still.”
      Revelation 22:11 KJV
“For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the JUST for the UNJUST, that he might bring us to God,...”
      1 Peter 3:18 KJV
“But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that JUSTIFIETH the ungodly, his faith is counted for RIGHTEOUSNESS.”
      Romans 4:5 KJV
“In the body of his flesh through death, to present you HOLY and unblameable and unreproveable in his sight:”
      Colossians 1:21-22 KJV
It’s all about Jesus Christ, he is JUST, it’s his HOLINESS and it’s his RIGHTEOUSNESS!
The moment a person believes they become a new creature, the new man. Our new man can not sin.
“Whosoever is born of God doth NOT commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.”
      1 John 3:9 KJV
We still have our old man, our flesh which dwells no good thing and does not inherit the kingdom of God.

“For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh,) dwelleth no good thing: for to will is present with me; but how to perform that which is good I find not.
For the good that I would I do not: but the evil which I would not, that I do.
Now if I do that I would not, it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me.”
      Romans 7:18-20 KJV
Our new spirit is perfect. Our flesh will sin until the day our physical life ends.

Calvinism bogusness. I GUESS you can say believers are predestined to salvation THROUGH Jesus and unbelievers are predestined to condemnation since it's already been told us to believe on Jesus for salvation.
Clarification: If you don't believe in the gospel of Jesus you wont be saved and if you do believe you will but God hasn't prechosen people who are going to be saved and who isn't. That would give no reason to preach the gospel.

Naturally, God knew who would and who wouldn’t believe given the chance.

    • @davidmason9925
      @davidmason9925 Год назад

Predestination is always connected to God’s for-knowledge (the Greek word is prognosis) it’s like an expectant woman going in for an ultrasound . Before the procedure, everything is uncertain, even the choices for the child’s name. After the ultrasound, decisions and plans can be made according to the prognosis. God, by for-knowledge, chooses those who believe and has a plan, predetermined for their life (the Will of God)
Just as a person by freewill can receive Or reject Jesus as Savior; so also can the Christian choose to follow or turn from the Will of God!
See Romans 9:19-23 where the illustration of the potter and the clay are used to describe how man’s freewill and God’s Sovereignty come together in the hands of the Divine Potter. The clay either demonstrates submission, or hardness, as the Potter Who desires a vessel of excellence (Glory) may, with the clay full of hardness, settle for an ashtray, spittoon or other vessel fitted (prepared) for condemnation ! Verse 22b.
God struggled with Pharaoh, who hardened his heart; until God “hardened” (a foundry term) Pharaoh’s heart and displayed in pharaoh the hard character of his heart. That which a Sovereign God would not go against; (the sovereign freewill that man is either blessed or cursed by!)
