Man I just gota tell ya.. your explanation of how to strum in this song saved me and helped me learn how to strum so many other patterns. Seriously, thank you!!!
I couldn’t help but see your comment, and as another person who had a difficult time strumming, the way he muted the neck? And just practiced the strumming pattern? (As a rule I will do that for muscle memory purposes for several days in intervals, (by end of the 2nd day it’s ALMOST natural.. by day 3 it’s locked in) hope this helps!
*Take it slow, it's Okay...* Them few words are what helped me while learning to play the guitar! I was so sloppy trying to keep up with my chord changes, until i slowed down to my pace and making sure i was on the right strings/strumming. Awesome shirt!! Awesome video!!!... Thank you :-)
I’m genuinely asking, I learned this song about 6 months ago (OCMS version) but where you’re using G chord? I’m playing F sharp…. I did SO Much research on this song. I literally have the B. D. Original lyrics that this was formed from that’s basically gibberish and improvisation except for the chorus… but I can’t stand the thought of people learning to play this song in G, if it’s not quite the chord ❤ much gratitude for the brush up! 🙏
Thanks for the video. But I would suggest that everyone should also listen to the Nathan Carter version of this song. He is an excellent singer and his band really knows how to play!

how does DD UDU DD equate to 4/4??
A channel called "12 tone" I think, does some good theory videos if you need help with your time signatures etc.
Is that an Osseo t-shirt?
You still active on this channel?

this song is easily playable in the original key with out a capo. The actual chord progression is A-E-F#m-D
Thank you so much! Very nice!
